Simple. My brother and I took in a working computer for a parts swap, didn't work when we left. Was told on the phone there's a 30 day warranty on performed services. They told us at the store that they "did [their] due dilligence" to diagnose (but not fix) the issue they caused, and proceeded to said our only option was to buy new parts. Emailed the manager only to get 0 response. C'mon. Be better.

Horrible experience asked a question about the new Samsung watch as I was wanting to buy from bestbuy and purchase a different color band. And employee was rude and didn't want to assist. I went elsewhere to buy the watch
