My tv had broken, unfortunately. Had internal issues. Of course, it was 5 years old. So, I was able to order it online. Less than 2 hours later, I was able to pick it up. They had it waiting close to the door for me by the time I got there. I was able to walk in, check out, and then have the tv loaded into my vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Polite and prompt customer service. Definitely recommend 👌

Tried to purchase a TV and take it home. Neither BB in Dayton could help! They order and deliver. They had an open box of what I wanted (took 10 minutes to find it) but was missing the stand and remote. The sales guy said I could buy a universal remote for $40, I didn't want to spend more! Then I tried to buy the display unit, they said they couldn't do it since they were remodeling! Lame excuse!! I tried to talk to a manager and they said they were all busy! They basically didn't want to help me. Not the first time I've been discussed by BB, but it is the last for me! I will purchase online before coming back to Best Buy!
