Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. In 2025 I expect to be able to call a department and be able to reach someone that can tell me if the parts store in the back is open. A couple of months ago we bought a replacement head unit for my husband's car. The first one didn't work and they replaced it. Now the second one has gone out in less than six months. I can never reach the service department by phone and I can't even leave a message. If I drive in person 60% of the time they aren't even there! It is a gross waste of my time and horrendous customer service. If you are considering using this store to buy anything I strongly recommend you save your time, money and frustration!
