I went two days ago to buy a laptop. I was also doing a trade-in. I asked if I would be able to back up my files to OneDrive. Then login on the new laptop. A worker told me it wouldn’t work. The next day I went back, got the laptop, and their year membership so the geek squad would set up my laptop. I also bought office 365.
I checked out and went over to the geek squad. He told me it would be one to two days before I got my new laptop back. In the two days I was there asking questions I was never once told that. I’m a college student and I work off my lap top for my job. I go back the next day and get my laptop all of my files… ALL OF MY FREAKING FILES WERE IN ONE DRIVE. Then I’m like whatever at least they set up my office 365. Well that’s not set up either and I never got a card or anything to do it myself. So now I get to go back for the 4th day in a row. 👎
The workers were all nice and helpful. I can’t complain about the customer service. But I definitely feel scammed and lied to…

Geek Squad counter; why is there always a wait? There's no clear instructions on what to do to get service. No sign in sheet.
It's really aggravating that you get ignored by the associates just a few feet away.
Other people besides me are standing around wondering what to do to get service.
