The care and professionalism of their staff is unmatched.
This isn't so much this store specifically as it is Best Buy Customer Service in general. We have had an ongoing issue with a Washer we bought from this location 3 years ago and it still isn't fixed. At one point we exchanged the washer and never got credit for the trade in, so we were charged for an additional washer and now with time left on our warranty for the part, we are still going to be charged a service fee for a piece they keep replacing. Don't bother calling the number for the store because it takes you to an International Customer Service number and they won't put you in touch with the store itself even though they told you that you had to speak to a manager from the store to try and get our issue addressed. So I am supposed to drive an hour to talk to a manager because they can't be bothered to take a phone call. The run around with customer service is an absolute joke with this company. Again, I don't have an issue with the store or it's people, but god forbid you need help with something purchased, the lack of care for customers after they are out the door is insane.

Terrible place to buy a PC, terrible to get repairs. Save time and take your PC to Microcenter. Paid over 200 to change out the motherboard, bought the motherboard that was recommended by the tech and it was the wrong one . Had to go in person each time they added a repair and pay before they fixed it , would leave a lower review if I could
