They sent my laptop to be repaired, and tried to swindle me of PC parts with lesser parts. The laptop HAD 64GB RAM and 2X2 TB SSD, but they tried claiming it was 16GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. Had to cancel the repair after wasting a whole month waiting for it!

I went to ask a question about a product and waited but never got any assistance. I waited about 15 minutes and I know not everyone is able to help but there were people standing around not doing anything.
