Aleks helped to choose a new TV, he's super knowledgeable and excellent at his job, 5 stars service.
I'm the type of person that with every purchase of something that interests me I do hours of research to make the best decision in terms of quality and price, yesterday I went to buy a new TV and I already had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Aleks definitely helped me make the best decision, he was patient and professional showing me the different models with their pros and cons.

Waiting 20 minutes for some employees to attended me and give me a pair of headphones. Nobody came and left for another bestbuy. Awful service
