Best Buy Concord Mills

I purchased these items brand new during the Black Friday sale, and I am extremely disappointed with what Best Buy sent me. Both products arrived in visibly damaged, previously opened packaging. Even worse, the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case appears used — the surface looks worn, dirty, and nowhere near the condition of a new item. The Insignia screen protector packaging was also torn and clearly not sealed. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a retailer of Best Buy’s caliber. When I purchase new items, I expect them to be unopened, clean, and in original condition — not used returns passed off as new. I now have to spend more time returning these items, which defeats the purpose of shopping early and trusting a major retailer. Best Buy needs to improve its quality control and stop shipping open-box or used merchandise to customers who paid for new products. Very disappointed with this experience.

Been to this store few times . The staff is always busy to answer any questions. They ignore or walk away even after being made aware the customer has questions. I hope they are not being biased based on color , gender. Forget about the product features they dont even have time to confirm the price. Terrible experience .. ordered at costco both years and got a good deal too. One other time went to different best buy and had good experience. Once is a mistake twice is a habit. Wont be going back.I am there to buy, not to be insulted .
