Sony rep., Nick F., Sold us on a Sony TV! Very personable. Good to have him working at best buy to give great information.
Went this morning and the Samsung representative had a whole attitude towards me and my friends when we were watching the phones, he just kept making comments against the apple and why we don’t complain about that brand when we were not even complaining at all, we literally were so interested in the products.
Anyways, even though it’s not Best Buy fault, it happened in this store sadly.
