This location stole over $1200 from my mom after she exchanged 2 refrigerators. They said the refund was sent after the last exchange, but their in store employees kept insisting the refund was not in their system after they completed the exchange. We will never buy anything from this BestBuy and will cancel our membership.

I walked around the store for 20 minutes, I did not have a single employee even look in my direction or offer to help me. The store was practically dead with traffic.
This wouldn't have necessary been a deal breaker if the selling shelves weren't empty under every small kitchen appliance that I was considering. I'm not that hard to please, but I need at least 1 option to purchase.
Certain Best Buy stores are run better than others, Best Buy is one of the few stores left that I still go to, and I buy most of everything else from Amazon.
But with this level of service, why waste the time and gas when I can press a button and somebody will deliver what I need to my door?

Customer service has got to be the worst ever, can’t get any help or an answer from store I call, instead get directed every time I call to some idiot in India that can’t speak a single word of English. Still haven’t received my package, only showing one left in store, spent over $1130. To be ripped off by Best Buy!! Complete theft!!!
