Order online and drive up is still a winning thing. Didn't go in. They were prompt with the order.
TRASH
Went to return a Kindle cover. Was told it was past the 60 days andthat it could not be returned. Was told, "All I could do for you, is tell you to sell it." Took the item, and threw it in the nearest TRASH can in the store. An employee probably took it out and put it on the shelf, or either took it for their own personal gain.

I came in today looking for help with something customizations on a PC and the girl that helped me was simply amazing. Gretel (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) was SUPER helpful. She helped reassure me that my PC would be protected and even helped me check if I qualified for the credit card after me telling her it possibly wouldn’t approve me. She was amazing. I really enjoyed talking to her, very personable. Don’t get me wrong, everyone at this store greeted me with a smile but Gretel went above and beyond for me. 10/10 will come again when I need something again!
