One of the worst comp that higher people that they don't know their job is , I m sorry to say that big company like best buy their service is 0 , they don't care about you or your bisness no matter how much u spend
Went their to buy samsong refrigerator 2999.99 dollars but no one was their
Waited 45 min and than went to customer service to see if I can get help as their were just standing they told me someone will came at appliance to help u , waited 30 min and no one came
I turned around and see only 5 may be 6 customer in all stores and 25 to 27 employees just standing doing nothing just roaming and talking, they didn't care or not even ask if I need help
I went back to customer service and told the guy that was standing there
Please pass this massage to your manager that u lost my bisness and a value customer for ever
I will never stop buy again in this best buy

Walk in to find a new TV spent twenty minutes looking at TV most of sales were standing around talking to each other I guess they get pay by the hour they have no interest in selling or helping anyone walk up to employee standing at desk asked for help left after thirty minutes of waiting I will not he back
Decent place to shop for electronics, but every time I touch something, an alarm goes off.
Went today looking for more knowledge about laptops not knowing any information about the right ones. Jaz helped me and she was knowledgeable and helpful her attitude was great. I appreciated the help a lot.
