Getting more and more disappointed in not being able to find someone to help me.
I would rather get a root canal than have to deal with a Best Buy ever again. Something as simple as a battery replacement in my phone has turned into a most painstaking experience. The people at the store are pleasant to deal with, but Best Buy’s business practices make it nearly impossible to communicate with the store through either the telephone or on online. Following my most recent experience, I will never step foot in a Best Buy again.
TK helped me to find the pixel 9a today. Although it wasn't in stock she kindly referred me to Bailey's crossroads location. She was so nice and helpful! Thank you TK! (She helped over the phone!) She knows how to help people!
