Once again bad experience with Best Buy just this time at the Springfield location. We originally were going to have a tv shipped then we chose to just pick it up , but of a drive to do so but we’re willing to have it the same day . We arrive at Best Buy and there was an issue with the system so we decided to wait it out . 3 hours waiting by the way . We go in again he says there’s a chance we can still get it the same day . So we asked if we could cancel and repurchase , we were told by an employee that we could do that also. So we go to look for the LG representative, not anywhere to be seen . The Samsung representative was there instead and he was so helpful , went out of his way to help us . The other employees told him we can just wait … terrible customer service he said I’m sorry and we left . We have ordered at another location and picking up. Don’t know what the issue was . Simple things guys simple things .

I waited in line for about 20 minutes and was next to be helped. Several employees walked in and out, but no one acknowledged the line or offered any assistance. Eventually, a young lady came over and asked, “Are you ready?” I replied that I had been ready for a while. Her attitude felt very nonchalant and lacked any sense of customer service or emotion. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Came to exchange a laptop and Vic in the computer department and Matt at customer service were so helpful! Got it done fast and easy.
