Michael Nalone of Microsoft was extremely helpful today. Helped me pick out a blue tooth mouse, usbc adapter for data transfer between Microsoft pc & apple mac.
He also helped with 1st step of data download to my external hard drive that I'll use to load data to my new mac another day!
He's smart & very helpful!!

Been twice so far and had very pleasant experiences both times. Mario who was behind the customer service desk was extremely helpful and amazing to chat with. He was able to assist me and did everything with a smile. All of the employees from what I could tell are friendly and helpful. The employee at the front directed me to where I needed to go.
I also work in a customer facing job and I really appreciate when employees go the extra mile. Shoutout to Mario!
I also felt bad for the gentleman near the front. An older lady seemed to be talking nonsense and he stayed there listening to it all.
This location is much more convenient than the nearest Apple location and purchased extended care plan. People might complain about parking here, but if you think this is worse than Clarendon’s Apple Store???? Pfft.

I would only go here out of convenience, not price or customer service. If you want customer service and best price in the NOVA area, drive up to Micro Center.
