When I was there, I was confused about a product, and Asif took care of me very well. He has a great work ethic and great product knowledge, and he is also polite. If you're gonna to make some high-end purchases, I highly recommend him.
Everyone could of worked together to make my transaction smoother.

Friendly staff, great location and plenty parking 👍
Waited in line to get pokemon for my kid, actually stayed the night unlike the majority of people. Ended up being 8th in line. Asked very specifically for one of every item but was not given any of the premium items like the mini tins or the ascended heroes box, yet individuals after me got those items. I feel wronged here and felt that the items went to the scalpers that didn’t even commit to staying there. It’s just ghost chairs as per usual. What a terrible experience :(
