I had a great installation experience with Aidan who came and installed our frame TV (Samsung) he was knowledgeable and did a great job, compared to the first guy who came and didn’t know the specific considerations of the frame. Would happily have him come again.

I was just at the Springfield store to look at purchasing a new TV as well as installation. I waited in the TV area but nobody showed up. I went to the front of the store and asked them to page somebody to come to the TV area and again I went back but still nobody showed upto help me. I am a Best Buy member and have bought a number of items in the store and have never had an issue in the past.
