Springfield Best Buy Store horrible customer service
They do not please the customer with their services
They do not provide a solution to the problem they have created
They don't care when customer disappointe
I returned the TV I bought from Amazon to the Best Buy Springfield store. It was the manager of the store who treated me with the label that Amazon sent me.
He took the label as a print
He did not give me any receipt
I guess because he was in a hurry, he didn't scan the label in time, he forgot or something went wrong.
When my refund was delayed, I applied to Amazon. Amazon asked me to bring the receipt from the store where I returned it. I went twice.
I also spoke to the manager and when he saw me he remembered me, he remembered that I was return of TV but they did not want to help me because there was a root error.
