Geek Squad was awful. Got a new laptop, paid to have all of my files transfered and the computer set up. 24 hours later, picked it up and nothing was transferred. Spoke to customer service and was told to go back but they may not be able to recover anything at all!!!!! And, don't give refunds for work done, even if done improperly.
No delivery service for appliances.
Most of the employees are nice but this is a logistical nightmare. Another Best Buy sent me up here for an open box laptop that showed one in stock. I asked an employee to help locate it, and he spent 30+ minutes trying to find it with no success. He told me to place an order and pay for it online so it would help them locate it. Another 30 minutes go by, and another employee finally finds it. Inspected the laptop before leaving and sure enough the sku is different on the laptop and the box. Wrong computer, wrong tags, somehow nobody caught that. Had I not opened the box before leaving, I’m sure they’d never believe me when trying to return it. I will not be going back
