Great customer service

Bought a fridge here and it was great. Now I’m trying to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. I call the number on the google page in an effort to reach someone at the store to ask what they recommend and pricing in the store. The number listed connects me to a call center and he will not transfer me to the store and says he can check their inventory online. I can do the same thing on the website, why would I call for that? I’m trying to talk to an actual human in the store because when I went to buy the fridge the folks in the store were super helpful and I’m looking to ask them questions about their robot vacuums now, not talk to a call center.
