I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing from this store…
I bought a washer and dryer, paid for expedited delivery through their 3rd party. Found out the dryer didn’t work at all. Called them to exchange it. They were as accommodating as they could be in that situation. I got scheduled for a delivery on Saturday because I work Monday through Friday.
On Friday I called to let them know that they scheduled my delivery and pick up of the broken dryer for TWO different addresses. They “fixed” that issue. Allegedly my delivery wouldn’t change. From 7 am to 7 pm I wasted my day off waiting for this delivery. No communication, no call, no show. Monday I get a phone call while I’m at a medical appointment saying that they’re 30 mins away. No communication prior to this. I was told they’d deliver it Tuesday since I wasn’t home. I stay home from work Tuesday. At noon I follow up because I haven’t heard from anyone and I get told that there isn’t a delivery scheduled. Call the store they’re like yeah there’s nothing we can do about that there is no delivery scheduled but we can schedule it for Saturday. What kind of customer service is that? How do you lie to people and continue to get away with it? Judging from the other reviews I’m not the only one who has been in this situation. This is absolutely ridiculous. Call the 1800 number and they don’t give a shit, you can’t even speak to a manager because they’re “busy helping other customers” the only way we can make it right is by inconveniencing you even further and giving you a new delivery window on a different day from 7 am to 7 pm so you can waste another day waiting around. Thanks Bestbuy! Customer for 25+ years and this is the level of customer care.

Great experience... went in to purchase a HDrive.. the 1st BBuy didn't have it, sales associate to me the BB Outlet had it.. went in, easy process.. I didn't know about this place.. Salesman named Hunter showed me some laptops I might be interested in.. no pressure sales.. and he took his time without rushing. I'll be returning again..
I came here for a return of a product that a family member bought for me that turned out to be bad (and apparently from a third party through Best Buy's site - wanna out and shame United Technology here) not realizing this store wasn't a regular Best Buy. I have to say Ayhams and the other guys on shift at that time turned what was an incredibly stressful situation for me into a clear path! I had already tried contacting Nintendo support who were no help and I absolutely try to avoid returns at all costs. Ayham's tone was so calm, understanding, and judge-free, and right away he said "let's see how we can help you out". Him and what seemed to be the manager (versus the manager at the La Cantera Best Buy which I will leave a review on later) were incredibly knowledgeable about the entire situation and gave me a full print out clearly showing what happened, and the next steps I should take- which was reaching out to the Geek Squad. Unfortunately, they did not have one there- so I had to go to La Cantera, but I give these guys a 100/10.
This place offers out of box and scratch and dent appliances. Most are new and carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Prices are very discounted on all the stock. Definitely worth a look if in the market for an appliance.
