I just visited this Best Buy store and as I was looking through the electronics case, I noticed this label was for $54.99. I asked to be rung up for this item and it was absolutely more than $54.99. I talked to the manager and the manager refused to honor the price that was labeled. I'm disappointed in the customer service, especially since this was an issue of the store itself.
The manager said that he would only be able to lower it from $711 to $50 less ( 661) than that price. Again, I'm not necessarily happy with the customer service here. I just would like to let people know that there are incorrect price tags.
Went to pick up a Samsung Bespoke microwave. Couldn't have asked for better service. They were very efficient and quick. Even had time to suggest good eating spots close by. Highly recommended...thumbs up!
The appliance selection was decent, but there were no real deals. I wanted to buy three appliances, all had damage. The best offer was 20% off the original price. For the same discount, Home Depot provides a bundle of three brand-new appliances.
