I met with the Manager of this location, Chris, to discuss a situation with a TV purchase. I run multiple hospitality businesses in MN and in my opinion he was not only kind and helpful but went above and beyond to make a sticky situation for myself turn into a very useful, positive outcome that I couldn’t be happier with, not just for me but for Best Buy as a whole as well. That is solid customer service & great business ethics. Im glad I made the trip to the store of my original purchase to have a conversation. Thank you Chris 🙌

Best Buy Outlet store, everything's on sale.

Closing in June, but there's another in Eden Prairie. Mostly open box and overstocked items, but at discounts over retail. If you need a new Fridge, TV, or Stove, I'd recommend checking out a Best Buy outlet first.
