Bought a dishwasher here. Got it home and had it professionally installed. Ran it a couple times and found out it was leaking.had the connections inspected and they were all good. Called bestbuy to get some help and they drug their feet. Had to make repeated calls to them and never any help. Finally a couple months went buy and a Samsung repairman come out. They looked at the issue and ran the serial number. The repair guy said that this unit has been looked at before and was deemed garbage due to the seal being damaged in shipment on its original journey to the store. So Best Buy sent it to their outlet store and now it sits in my dining room as they will not take it back and return my money. Horrible experience with them and would not recommend wasting your money there as the knowingly sell product that was deemed no good.
Super clean and easy to find. Employees were good at asking for help. If you're looking for a good deal on appliances or electronics then I would check this place out. Not everything is on the best buy sites so it is worth going in to find what you need.
I purchased an open-box LG fridge (model LF24Z6530S) from this outlet on June 5, labeled “Good – Working As New” and drove over an hour to pick it up. Once home, I discovered key parts were missing: the handle screws and the door alignment snap rings. Without them, the fridge door have no handles and left door hangs lower than the right door.
I contacted BestBuy.com support—they said I needed to call the outlet. After dialing the outlet's number, they told me they couldn’t help and didn’t stock the parts. Support told me they couldn’t even order the missing LG parts (they are custom screws, worth $50 total!) or authorize a refund for them. The only solutions they offered were to physically return the fridge (another costly 2+ hour round trip plus truck rental) or to just live with it.
I’ve spoken to multiple agents. No one takes responsibility. It’s absurd that Best Buy’s systems are so fragmented that no one can handle a simple missing-parts issue across store and web. Completely unacceptable customer experience. Buyer beware.
