Helpful employees. I was looking for a specific tv and the employees there knew what was coming and going. I didn't find what I was looking for but I got some good recommendations while I was there.
Love the prices, but got a dryer when we turned it.in it started smoking.. so we had to go back down there and they are delivering a different one but we had to wait another 4 days.
Excellent customer service.
Picked up a Samsung TV from them almost closing time everybody was friendly, helped wrap it and took it outside.

Staff was great helping us look at what was available and getting us loaded up. The problem started when we got the refrigerator home. Didn't work, no help from Best Buy and no way to contact them to solve the problem, just a phone tree circle of no help. Wasted our money with ionway to return our purchase.
