Had what we wanted. Were helpful and experienced
Bought a new TV. Told they will help get it out to our vehicle just pull up front of the store. Told them vehicle color, model etc. Ran outside, pulled car right in front of store, watched as multiple other folks were helped and yet here we sit. Patience ran out after 10+ minutes so I go back in to see my TV sitting on the floor at front of store. Associate asked if they could help and apologized but I was beyond pissed after waiting that long. I can load faster, better and safer than the kid sent out to help! Will not buy another big item at Best Buy ever again.
