Very firefly just didn't have the product I wanted
On three different occasions I have pre ordered something from best buy, 2 times I never got the item, this last time didn't get the pre order bonus that was supposed to come with it, despite being the first person when they opened the store. Then the employee lied and said it would be shipped to me, despite not having my address, the other 2 they canceled a week after it released, so it sold out every where else. What's the point of giving you my money ahead of time, if it means absolutely nothing in means of guaranteeing the object I purchased.

Our tv bought on 2/22/25 was to be delivered 2/27. They canceled. Rescheduled for today 3/13. Still nothing. They nevered called for a delivery time. This is so unexceptable. We have called and have texted. We are getting no where. So so frustrating.
