I hadn't been to Best Buy in a very long time, but I brought my computer in for some repairs. It was taken care of very quickly and Sam, who took care of me, was very very helpful and a super nice guy. It was actually ready for pickup the next day! I also ordered a dehumidifier for my son since they were out of stock and he was super grateful that it was delivered the next day also. The tracking information was really helpful and spot on. George was a huge help in that department! All in all, I'm so glad I went to Best Buy and if need be I will return!
