My husband and I have been here several times but today did it we were looking for a freezer we found one we liked then I go over to to phone department call over an associate the young man walks over saying yeah what's up like do you work here are we friends so my husband and I said never mind and walked out like that's how you talk to customers no thank you so we went elsewhere

I returned a water filter that had NOT been opened, unbeknownst to me, give days past the return date (15 days is too short), and was only offered the club membership ($50) and not even a store credit, to be able to return it. I spoke with a couple other sales associates, and they told me I could have gotten a store credit. I asked the guy if there could be re an acception since I was going to buy another water filter; he said no. I would have been happy to just exchange it, but not from him. Another young lady at customer service said she would have done it; they have discretion.
