Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Package was delivered with a hole in it and we found out later that it wasn’t rough handling. The contents had been stolen. Reached out to Best Buy who said they would send out a new one and nothing else needed to be done. A couple weeks later we still hadn’t received it and learned they cancelled the order. Next, they said we’d get a full refund within a few days. No refund was ever received. We reached out again and they wanted pictures of the box we no longer had from multiple angles. We sent the pictures we had taken on our own without being instructed to do so. They wanted pictures from other angles. We explained that we had done exactly as instructed and were specifically told we didn’t need to do anything else from the very beginning. We explained what we were told about a replacement and a refund. It didn’t matter. We asked to speak with someone higher up and received no response for another week. We’ve never heard of a company having documentation of what they told a customer, not honoring it, and then nothing happens. Livid and beyond disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars.

Friendly associates. Got more help than I needed. Only issue is that the employees must be paid off commission. Because I came in after a $300 item and was pushed to $1,000 items after repeatedly asking for the other units.
I would never buy a tv from Best Buy again. I purchased 2 Samsung tv’s and one was delivered with FedEx, and the other had to be “home delivered”. I never clicked for home delivery and it was very inconvenient. The initial email stated once your assigned an agent you can let them know the morning of if you would like it placed in the garage. That’s exactly what I did and they were not able to do that. I had to call someone to be at my house for this delivery. Also, Best Buy’s Warrenty is TERRIBLE. After 30 days you only get store credit. I will NEVER purchase anything from Best Buy again.
