TERRIBLE BEST BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 65" Samsung QN65S95D OLED 4K TV ! ! ! ! We paid over $2755 for TV (on sale) plus over $635 for the Best Buy warranty. When we got the TV completely assembled, the last piece that holds the cable on the back in place was defective. It seemed like a simple issue but Best Buy will only replace the remote, the box, and maybe one other item. Otherwise, you have to completely disassemble the TV, drive to the store, and return it for a new TV (which could have the same defective part). You would then have to drive home and reassemble the TV which takes quite some time. Best Buy suggested we buy the part from Samsung (after paying so much for their warranty) but Samsung doesn't sell the part. So now we have spent $3000+ for an expensive TV that has tape on the back of it to hold the cord in place as required. This was our 7th Samsung TV - I don't think there will be an 8th nor any further purchases from Best Buy ! Shameful ! ! !

One word HORRIBLE! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was tv shopping for my house and had some different options in mind. A gentlemen was nice enough to assist so the 1 star is for him. I was comparing the different brand TVs and what would be a best fit. The gentlemen that was assisting me stepped away to his computer and another associate walked by. The associate asked had someone assisted me and I kindly stated yes I have been helped thank you for asking. The associate proceeded to say, “well I didn’t want to help you anyways.” Not only was that rude but extremely disrespectful! and even though I was visibly upset, I nicely left and took my money and business somewhere else.
