Went to get a Best Buy brand thin 4K over the air antenna for my TV advertised for $19.99. They had plenty in stock surrounded by expensive ones. This antenna is awesome. Gave me all the local channels plus more, and only two 5 minutes to install. Staff at this store is super helpful. Just moved to Greenville so it was my first time at this store and it was a great, friendly experience.

Ordered an Apple Watch . Paid extra to have it delivered in time for graduation party. This store uses a service called Roadie. The Roadie deliverer dropped off chicken feed instead of the Apple Watch! Wish I was joking. Now I have to return the chicken feed to a Best Buy store. I can't get a new watch when I return the feed... because AI prompts trying to solve "placed an order"...this replacement is not same day...a new Roadie delivery hopefully will deliver an Apple Watch by tomorrow. Beyond Frustrating!

Went to buy a new TV. Knew what I wanted, sales guy told me it would not fit in my vehicle. I told him it should, he got very cocky and told me I'm wrong and it definitely will not fit, he continued to mumble saying no returns when you break it trying to fit it in car. Then sales guy was laughing to his other customers and coworkers saying he knows it won't fit. TV did fit by the way, LOL. Seemed very unprofessional to me.
