My daughter needed a small refrigerator for her dorm room. I stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and after waiting a few minutes for some help, one of the Dyson representatives jumped in to help me, despite being outside her realm of responsibility. Within a couple minutes, we located exactly what I was looking for and she found an associate to help process the transaction, and within 10 minutes total I was on my way. Great team work all around.

Super disappointed in the service provided at Best Buy Greenville. Just when they were starting to win us over, I ordered an open box iMac and it didn’t include everything it promised to. I went into the store and they were unwilling to make it right. So much for in person service at a brick ‘n mortar. Back to shopping online with a different company that actually cares about their customers. Oh yeah, keep your Best Buy membership too. Do the research, it’s a total waste of money and if you look at the fine print; it’s not nearly as good of a deal as they sell you. Do better, Best Buy. Big miss here.
