Don’t buy the “order online and ready in an hour” bc it won’t be. We showed up 2.5 hours after ordering online. Kid at the register had no idea what to do since the product wasn’t ready. “You can wait here and maybe they’ll bring it, maybe they won’t”. Another kid in TV section back said he’d have it up front for us in 5-8 minutes. We waited another 30 minutes while a manager and 2 sales ppl asked us how they could help. The manager finally told us we can’t pick it up bc we don’t have the confirmation that the order is ready. That would have been helpful information when we walked in the door. Could have saved 45 minutes of my life had anyone known what the heck they were doing. The website says ready in an hour. Manager told me “well you can’t expect that bc it’s almost Black Friday” Bruh. 🙄
