Geek squad is anything but geeks. I’ve now been in 5 times for one phone repair and the geeks now broke my phone permanently. Not to mention everybody behind the geek squad desk is acting like it’s their first day. Nobody is helpful and they act clueless. Jamari was especially no help as well as Devon. She was literally freaking out as she was trying to help me because she does not know what the hell she is doing. Now my phone is broken and they can’t give it back. They don’t have any loaner to give me and they are clueless on how to help me further. Please just go to the Apple Store for your Apple repairs because I promise this is not worth the headache.

Whenever we need anything technology in a pinch, they always have it. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is well trained, and if the person you find is not trained in the item you are asking about, they will find someone for you fast. They go above and beyond here, answering any and all questions, including warranty, trade in, upgrade, best options. Always have sales. Love the staff and management here. Clean and tidy throughout and outside. Thank you!
