We went to Best Buy to purchase a specific printer. After all I reviewed and felt I knew what was the most value for my buck, Todd in the printer department had come along and told me he wouldn't sell me that printer! After a short time of comparing printers, Todd had convinced me that if I went with the printer 🖨 that was the most value for my money, I would be back buying a new printer in a short time along with the ink cartridges that are a lot higher in cost. He showed me the plastic parts in one printer vis metal parts in another printer. This printer would last longer. Along with the high chance of the printer getting damaged when the paper might jam and pull the printer ribbon off and causing the printer to be damaged, be on repair. The printer he sold me was an HP Smart Tank 7602 Wireless All-In-One..

I returned a projector that wasn’t what the sales rep stated that it would do, I paid $1,000. Upon returning it, Best Buy charged me a $150 restocking fee… I would never buy anything from them again ever!!!

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to return item within 14 days. Instead of refund, I was provided store credit. I no longer patronize businesses, like Best Buy and sister company Insignia, that put profits ahead of customer service. I'll purchase what I need online, thank you.
