pretty good service.. love that they’re not Amazon. Gret return policy if you’re part of their lil membership plan.. and the absolute best place to find face spiders on the exit door.
Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment for a repair, and confirmed inventory (screen for iphone), and confirmed the repair could be completed while I waited. I get there, an hour's drive away, they have one person on staff and had just sent their single repair tech home. I waited 15 minutes at the counter before anyone even talked to me. It then took them an hour and a half to confirm they could complete the repair which was going to cost $300, made me pay up front, and I left. Within minutes of my leaving they called the contact number I left with them (family member who was not with me) and when I got home FOUR HOURS LATER since making the appointment - one hour drive each way, plus the hour and a half in store plus the nearly half hour I'd spent making the appointment - they said they COULD NOT fix it. So, I have to drive another two hours round trip to pick up my still broken phone for which they'd charged up front. I explained this all to the "manager" on staff ("Noah") who was singularly unhelpful. I will not recommend them to anyone for anything. Complete waste of 4 hours and I should have taken it somewhere else.
