We went to Best Buy to purchase a new TV, soundbar, subwoofer, and router. The sales associate, Nick, was so fun to work with. He explained all the different options available in the items we wanted and set us up with everything we needed. He also showed us how to save money by becoming a BB member. He was great to work with, and I hope BB knows what a great asset for he is the company.
Lack of customer service..staff members pretended to be busy whenever I asked for assistance. Low-key felt a way

Knowledgeable staff and large inventory. I have no complaints as this business should be your go-to for tech needs. They have phones, tvs, computers, tablets, cameras, and much more. The quality of the product is high for the competitive price.
Store is clean and alot of associates willing to help. Only thing I don't really appreciate is feeling watched throughout the store everytime I come.
