The employees are usually quite personable and friendly. Definitely one of the better Best Buys I've been to.
Worst service ever. The sales employees were wonderful, but when I got there, there was only one guy in the back by the laptops. I understand that they might be busy because I went on Memorial Day. I went to ask 3 EMPLOYEES who were STANDING doing NOTHING presumably the supervisors or some sort of boss. They told me I had to get in a queue and WAIT 5-10 minutes while I WATCHED THEM STAND and do NOTHING because the other employee was on break. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know if there’s some sort of policy that higher ups don’t work with sales, but this situation upset me. Eventually, another sales person came and he was wonderful. I knew exactly what I had wanted already so it took probably 5 minutes TOTAL. Bosses that think they’re above sales or working with customers is not acceptable. I work customer service. This is no way to treat paying customers, even if you’re the boss.
It's a bummer they don't carry Blu-rays anymore but I've picked up a few bigger ticket items from them over the past year or so and I appreciate the competitive pricing and locally available inventory. Store is always spotless and they seem well staffed with easy to work with people.
