I had my first positive customer service experience at a Best Buy in years. I like shopping there because they typically have pretty good inventory and I hate online shopping/ordering. I want to see something in person before I purchase it, especially when it's expensive and I want to have it for a while. But attempting to get an answer usually winds up me with me reading reviews in the isle. Last night was great thought. Nick in the television department was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made me want to go back to this location for future purchases.
