How do I check product availability at the Midland Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Midland Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

People that greeted me were nice. Jennifer in pickup was nice. The 2 women at samsung were rude and gave dry responses to my questions.
Seemed like I bothered them by asking a question. I asked if issues with the device had been fixed and one lady responded I dont know about that issue, I dont have that issue. Friendliness from the women that work in the samsung department does not exist.. customer service could use an upgrade.

Don't bother calling the store to ask any questions. You will spend 45 minutes going through automated options only to get transferred to an Indian call center for them to tell you they can't transfer you to the store directly.
Update:
I changed my review to 5 stars because your geek squad is amazing. Megan is awesome and I wish I could remember the other guys name.
