I have been a Best Buy customer for many years. However, with the rise of convenient online marketplaces, my in-store purchases have decreased due to previous experiences lacking personalized attention. I believe Lobna understands the evolving needs of in-store customers, who often seek guidance and immediate access to products.
Both Idress and Lobna efficiently handled my transaction and proactively located additional items I required at another Best Buy location. They also provided helpful product recommendations.

I purchased a new phone online and received it from this location (Bailey's Crossroads) within one hour. In-store associate, Lobna, offered her assistance to help me pick out suitable accessories for the new phone. She was incredibly professional and patient and took the time to explain the different available payment options and benefits. I left feeling extremely taken care of and happy with my new purchases.
