Came to buy a computer and Ash was my assistant. He explained verything related to laptops to me. He was very patient and explained all details around the various brands of laptops. What differentiates the different brands, their pluses and minuses. I left bery pleased with both the quality of services and attention i received.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a TV. Ask for Ash if you’re buying a TV or Soundbar! He patiently and politely poured out loads of information (way more knowledgeable than your average Rep), answering all of my questions and we were able to find the exact TV for me and I’m very excited about the purchase.
Worst Best Buy store I've ever been to.
On the website, there was an open box item available. I drove 45 minutes to get there and asked an attendant for help. He went to look in the stockroom and came back very quickly saying that they didn't have it. I left there disappointed and saw that the Best Buy in Rockville also had it, but it wasn't in excellent condition. When I got home, I went to test the camera and it wasn't working. Before going to exchange it, I looked on the website and there was another item available with a slightly different price at the store at 5799 Leesburg Pike. I went back there, of course, after a long time, I was served what I wanted and the attendant went to look in the stockroom and came back again quickly saying that he couldn't find it. I went to return the camera, which was in bad condition, there was a customer who was angry with the service and called the manager. In my opinion, a manager at that Best Buy was super arrogant. He didn't even say good morning or ask how the customer was doing. He just looked angry. He told the attendant what he had to do and left without even looking at the customer. this Best Buy (Bad Buy) never again.
