a very nice helpful pleasant employee working in the computer section named Sumner really helped us out today. made everything easy and explained what we would need and way. he has customer service down pat. wish they were all that way.
The Advisors Who help us Mr Melwyn and Mr. Alex to get an HP Laptop Computer are so professional and helpful. Thank you so much we appreciate it.

The store looks nice and has all of the products you might need, but customer service needs improvement. Despite a gaggle of blue shirted staff milling about in one section, only one staff member was assigned to both the register and online order pickups. Customers were seen cutting in line and the sole cashier didn’t attempt to take people in turn. I’d advise shipping items to your home or using another online merchant.
