went with a co-worker yesterday to help him pick out a new phone we were there at 10am and somehow they are understaffed and only one person to do phones so we ended up waiting 20 mins before being helped MULTIPLE people at least 5 walked by us and didn't even acknowledge us being there let along saying hi or i can get someone to help you. later we came back cause we thought the phone had issues one person walked by us asking if we needed help i said yes and he never returned, ive been here multiple times idk if they hate their job or what but they are giving the bare minimum even in convos and the customer service has gone down in the 10 years ive lived here and gone to this store
