It's getting to be not worth membership, they tried canceling my bf's without authorization, can they do that?

Went into your Fairlawn store this morning to get headphones. Spoke to the man at the front told him we needed headphones so he could get someone over. We stood there a good 10 minutes. I went back to him after several workers walked buy just chatting with each other. He said he called and will request someone to come again. We go back and stand there another 10 minutes. No one came. If you are not going to have people to help your customers stop locking everything up so that we can’t get what we need , pay for ,and leave. It’s horrible.

I went to get a new phone. Omar went over and above with answering all my questions (and I ask alot). He was very patient with me! It stinks being older and having to get a new phone! Kudos to you Omar! You made my day..keep up the good work..
