My husband and I went into Best Buy today to look at appliances and a TV for our new house. Right from the start, the associates at Best Buy were extremely helpful. We initially met with Jonah in appliances, who gave us great information and recommendations for appliances to match our specific needs. We then went over to TV's and worked with Ty, who was extremely knowledgeable and was great at explaining the technology and specifications of the TV we wanted in a way that was super understandable. When we decided to purchase the appliances and the TV, we worked with Ty and Zachary (the lead from appliances) on picking out all of the things we would need for our specific house. They were really invested in getting our business and went above and beyond to make the process of purchasing these four big items smooth, and with their managers sign-off, they made the numbers work for us. They were also super friendly, very congratulatory about the purchase of our home, easy to talk to, and professional. I would happily recommend anyone who is looking to make big purchases go to this Best Buy location for great customer service and a great experience.

I came into the store with a few issues across multiple devices. I was greeted with a friendly smile welcoming me into the store by Fahrell, who allowed me to explain my issues and directed me to the correct department. There I worked with Josh who was able to resolve all my issues very quickly and offer excellent support. I really appreciated the help. Fahrell also thanked me for coming in as I was leaving. Excellent experience all around!
