Time flies- decade after decade, and at Best Buy always the same thing: slow, indifferent, and incompetent employees.
Their quality is consistant from store to store, which means that this is not a BB's bug but feature. They genuinely don't care about you, they don't care about your time, they don't even care if you are going to buy something or not. They don't care if you going to enjoy their product or not, they can't answer any technical questions besides what is printed on the label, and they don't want to look for any information for you.
I'm really surprised that they are still in business!

It’s a Best Buy. I’m taking off stars because it’s such a weird location. They had the same magic the gathering deck and some other items just interspersed throughout the store purposely on random shelves with a price tag. Like they purposely had it in like 5 different places in the store and it was just strange. Bad vibe.
Did a curbside pickup order. Was ready in less than 30mins.
