The pickup service has always been quick however some of the employees are not as knowledgeable as they should be and often try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Which I understand is standard for sales but I am not a fan of it.

I went to this Best Buy during my lunch break to trade in my gaming console for a newer model. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly young woman who directed me where to go and called an employee to meet me. As soon as I got to the games section, an employee named Tye showed up to assist. Tye was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He patiently answered all my questions and had thoughtful solutions like putting my purchase in a non-transparent bag since it was a gift for my husband. The whole process was quick and easy, and I even made it back to the office before my next meeting started. Another employee nearby also chimed in with friendly banter. I work in customer experience and felt an obligation to share this exceptional experience I had with Tye and his fellow team members. Would definitely return to this location for future purchases!
