How do I check product availability at the Racine Best Buy?

Rudest staff ever! I bought a TV from them. Their delivery man came & threw it in my living room broke and shattered the entire screen. I called back filed a complaint spoke to the managers three of them hung up on me. All said the complaints didn’t matter! One employee told me “tough shit” I called back three other employees hung up on me. I had one polite gentleman that was trying to help until the manager got involved, and then I had somebody that was supposed to be from conflict resolution call me. The lady told me the same thing. She told me that she was not gonna do anything. I had all the information & she refused to help. Every Supervisor I spoke to claimed the information was not in their system even though I purchased it instore! A brand spanking new large screen TV that is completely shattered and they REFUSE to do anything if they think this will end here they are sadly mistaken.
