absolutely worst experience ever. new laptop came with a clearly broken cord. went in for a replacement after 17 days. was handed a clearly used and frayed cord. asked for a new replacement and was told "well it's free" by the absolute moron working the cash register... no it wasn't free - we paid almost 1k for the NEW LAPTOP just 2 weeks ago.

Buyer beware... Check the bad reviews to understand how this store works.
Worst place to shop for anything electronic. Bestbuy's new policies are to get over on the customer.
There is no more customer support.
They will only take feedback. They don't have power to help you, in any kind of way. Corporate has changed in so many ways. Customers mean nothing anymore.
You pay a premium for there membership. Than the website or application does not work right. Is not worth the price.
Price games. Not showing inventory # to make the customer not know how many are left. Than sold out 1 minute. When it's on sale. Than sale ends. Now there in stock
To many games.
Now there adding 3rd party sellers to sell on there website and application.
Even have competition links at the bottom of there website. That slows there application and site down. Who allows there competition to advertise on there website. Only 1 who wants to make money off of there competition.
Check below. They replied. All there saying is we can take the feedback. They will not help me with the problem. They screwed me over so bad.
All customer service or customer complaint center is what I should be called now, will do is tell you how sorry they are. Sorry about your luck. Better luck next time. Thanks for the info. We will try to use this to better our company. All lies!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend the geek squad for any service. I called geek squad customer support and also HP to confirm if my ram in my laptop was upgradeable. They both informed me that it was. When I arrived to my appointment employe #1 took my computer to take a look at it and employee #2 followed around back and then came back to the front and I asked him..."did he says it's able to be done?" Employee #2 said "he's still checking but those small laptops are a pain in the ass for us to do" that's when Employee #1 came and told me he couldn't do it. The amount of laziness and unprofessional behavior is witnessed is upsetting. I will never return there for any services and I hope in the future they learn how to speak appropriately to their customers.
