The employee in the photo was very energetic and friendly! Made me laugh and he actually brightened my whole day after engaging with him!
They can't seem to keep an open/functioning restroom, and whether it's a skeleton crew of employees or full staffed -- same result, takes forever and a half to get any kind of employee assistance. I've left on multiple occasions after waiting for over 15 minutes for signs of assistance. Save your time and shop elsewhere, even if it's just another best buy store
