Worst place for service. where I bought an open HP laptop at an offer. I asked them to check everything before packing and after coming home and I started then few keywords are not working.

GEEK Squad help was very helpful.
The cashier could have been a little more pleasant. I said "Hi " twice, and she never lifted her head
I asked another question, she didn't respond but proceeded to speak to the coworker she called over to assist her with my need. I again spoke, and at the end, I said thank you and had to say it 1 more time in order for her to respond. I am a very understanding person and get that sometimes our minds are preoccupied, but at some point, it feels dismissive if they talk to a coworker but not a customer.

I went to Best Buy for screen replacement and got the poorest service. The girl at phone services department , I didn’t feel comfortable even saying anything to her because of the look she had on her face. Like don’t bother me. I went to ask another employee to help and they said they would get someone. The two people that did come to phone department was clocking in to work another department. This is not the first time this happen
