I just had the best experience at this location today purchasing a gaming computer. Both Raf and Muhammad were great. Not too pushy, extremely knowledgeable of the product and an absolute blast to work with! I highly recommend both of these guys if you’re ever at the Glen Burnie Best Buy!
Though the service here wasn't terrible, it wasn't great either. I was there with my family, so my man could get a PC monitor. While he was looking around, my son and I were standing around waiting on him. So many times Best Buy employees were walking by us on more than 1 occasion, talking with each other, yet simply ignoring me. They never asked if I needed help with anything. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting someone asked if I needed help. Yes, Best Buy can be busy, but at the time we were there, there were plenty of workers just standing around or walking around talking amongst themselves. Also the guy who helped us at Geek Squad wasn't much help. We needed to set up an appointment for them to come to our home. He must've been new because he kept going to the back to ask questions. He finally hands us a business card and says to call it to set up an appointment. When I did, the person who answered gave me a different number to call. In my opinion , I think you need to train your employees better.
Stock seemed low for hard drives, but they had the one that I needed. The dude that worked in Geek Squad helped me find it, the hard drives were stored in a different area of the store from processors and whatnot.
