The people who work inside the store are very helpful. They even give you all the disclaimers (when buying their PCs), which was helpful. I couldn't give the place 5 stars because I ordered a PC and had it sent to the store like I was advised, and this was supposed to prevent my computer from being damaged upon delivery. Turned out that my computer got damaged anyway. I was so excited to pick it up, and lo and behold, my computer looked like garbage, but it still works. Whoever they have delivering their computers needs to be fired. My computer looked like it was tossed around, and that's not right. I'm currently trying to get the parts replaced by the vendors, and they also say that someone who is picking up and shipping the pcs is a lazy runt. If they toss them around just any kind of way and they're falling on corners, that's not good being that they're like 15-20 lbs. I was really upset because I spent nearly $3K with the accessories I purchased at retail to satisfy the economy and workers' economy. This makes me want to start looking elsewhere from now on, and I've been a bestbuy.com member for a long time, ordering expensive tech. I'm so disappointed.
DON'T USE GEEK SQUAD. $179 WINDOWS UPGRADE. I AM NOT TECH SAVVY AT ALL. ( WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TECH SUPPORT) FOR GAME MODDING. RETURNED TO STORE IN PERSON 3X.... SPENT 2.5 HOURS ON SHARED SCREEN TECH SUPPORT (TIME THAT I CAN'T GET BACK).... STILL WITHOUT MY MODS.
