Came to get my phone fixed, it had really been giving me some serious issues. Spencer in the geek squad department was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to go through and figure out What the problem was, fully explained it to me, and had it fixed promptly. He was also polite andfriendly throughout the entire interaction, Something I haven’t always seen at other Best Buy locations. Very satisfied with the job he did, and will definitely be back for any future tech issues or purchases.
Bought a tv antenna. It did not work to get local channels and they wouldn’t let me exchange it because I was a couple days past the return policy. It did not matter that the antenna was defective. That’s not good customer service.
