Bought a used iPhone from Best Buy online when I got the phone it had a bad battery a was draining rapidly instantly etc only had it home two days after it arrived from shipping from online Best Buy website I called they said they can’t simply have geek squad swap out the battery they can keep the battery I was sold if it that’s big of a loss , a battery valued roughly at ten bucks online and geek squad too lazy and unprofessional to swap a simple battery on a iPhone 12 🤦♂️ what a sorry lame excuse for a technical repair store and calling the number online is way way worse rude and inconsiderate definitely stay far away from buying used iPhones online from Best Buy and picking it up cause it’s definitely a bait and switch to get rid of the old broken iPhones foh 🗑 should have trusted my gut instinct and know better 🤦♂️ it’s ok Best Buy owe me a battery swap just know that geek squad could have it done for ten bucks in ten minutes y’all need to do better Best Buy it’s 2025 not 2005 anymore 😢
