New semester, new laptop! I made a stop at this particular Best Buy. I didn’t see anything truly negative, they had friendly people at the door and a clean store with comparison to some that I’ve seen. The assistance I received in the computer area was a bit awkward. The gentleman who approached me asked if he could help me and then he passed me off to someone else which was really bizarre..(perhaps he didn’t have experience in laptops) The new salesman then proceeded to assist me and did his job by upgrading me to pay more than I wanted! Haha- regardless I was happy with my purchase. I don’t mind saying it be an all-right move to stop in. Happy shopping.
