We were shopping for monitors, and the Best Buy Certified Advisor, Alexander Kirwa, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between the various monitors, making it much easier for us to choose the right one!
Michael and the management helped me find the perfect headphones even with a return fiasco. Excellent service!
This location is horrible. You csn never get any help. Today a young lady stood at the door, told her I was looking for headphones. She pointed at where they were located. I ask her if she could have someone to meet me there to help. I waved twice after 15 minutes of waiting. I left and went to micro center around the corner. If you are into self service best buy is the store for you. I'll never go back. To many times this happens.
Bad customer services. I drop my car for dash cam install. When I try to call and asked customer service so I can talk to the Geek Squad guy, someone told me that I have to register under my email otherwise they won’t let me talk to anyone at Geek Squad agent.
