I visited the store to purchase a new laptop and left with a 75” Sony Bravia TV, Sony Soundbar and Subwoofer, a PS5 Pro and of course, a new HP laptop. There were numerous sales associates available in all departments but the showstopper was Moe Elias. I recommend him to anyone buying Home Theatre. He is very product knowledgable and also knows all the best deals. He measured my SUV for fit so I could leave the store with the items I chose and not wait a few days for the free delivery. There was a Sony rep in the store to answer all the complicated questions I had about the products. Really a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!

I purchase a refrigerator and dish washer 2 months ago at Galleria Store. The delivery persons tried to charge outrageous fees for additional work when I paid a significant amount for installation. I returned the both back to best buy. They refund me the dish washer and did not refund me the refrigerator. It's been around 2 months I'm still waiting for a second check of 500.00. I pay best buy on time, I expect. them to pay me timely as well. I spoke to multiple manager, many of them cannot do anything. I will review them weekly until this is resolved and contact media outlet to assist me to get my 500.00. I wish I could do a no star. Response: You have my name, Galleria Houston Store have spoken with 3-4 managers, been to the store 8-10 times to try resolve, they cannot do anything. Next step report to media to get Best Buy to refund me refrigerator delivery team took back same day.
