Came in to evaluate phones. First phone I picked up set off the alarm due to a broken security device. The manage said it does that from time to time. This is a violently loud siren. The at&t employee said she heard it in her sleep. Avoid this place until they get their act together. Btw management said there is no timeline to fix this because when things break in their store they don't take it seriously. Customers suffer and I will shop elsewhere. Thanks.

AVOID FOR ANY APPLIANCE! To put it in perspective, I'm much happier having spent $200 more to buy the exact same fridge somewhere else. We ordered a fridge from Best Buy and scheduled a delivery and installation for a Thursday. We were not contacted at all until 7AM that morning when we were told they'd be at our house in 20 minutes. We scrambled to move all the food out of the fridge in preparation. When the installation team arrived, they unboxed the new fridge outside and determined the door was damaged. We were told that we needed to call an 800 number to talk about when the installation could be rescheduled. Since the delivery was at 7:30, their call center wasn't going to be open for another hour and a half. There's no opportunity to have a local rep or manager who can help.After calling and sitting on hold, we were told we'd have to wait at least 24 hours for the previous fridge to return to reschedule. I said that it was unacceptable and we'd need them to figure out how to go to our local Best Buy and get us a fridge ASAP. The out of country call center said that was impossible. Ten hours later, we got a text that we could reschedule for 4 days later. We were supposed to wait 4 days with no fridge with no one giving us any help. We canceled the order and Bray & Scarff installed the exact same fridge the next day. I've had to call multiple times to track down my money. Best Buy has yet to provide a full refund--they claim they are withholding my delivery fee. Embarrassingly bad service.
