Horrible experience - Rockville Branch
I ordered online with a representative on the phone who promised same-day delivery, so I canceled a different Amazon order.
Later that evening, another rep told me it was a mistake and I had to cancel and repurchase - promising it would arrive by 10:45 AM the next day.
I went through the hassle, paid again, and then got a cancellation email the next morning. When I called back, they said they couldn’t honor the same price and wanted $300 more!
Terrible customer service and communication. I’ll never buy from Best Buy again. will stick with Amazon instead.

Love the new layout. They randomly have things on clearance and open box, and have good luck getting laptops on a discount. Hopefully they don't close this location like the other locations in Maryland
