This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. On Black Friday I bought two gaming laptops for my sons for Christmas. They were supposed to be delivered and it is currently December 15th and I have heard nothing. I’ve called customer service about 5 times and I’ve been told the store will call me back. They never have. Customer service which is in another country says that the store botched the order and put it as a grab and go order, but I live over 350 miles and coming back to the store is extremely difficult. To make matters worse they are telling me I can’t get a refund online and I have to wait for the store to call me. Never seen anything like this in my life!!!! The store needs to change its name to Worst Buy! Now I have no gifts for my sons and I can’t even get the money back to go buy it somewhere else. Run away!!!!!

Stop by on my way home to see if they carried a Karaoke Player. There wasn’t one in the store, but Milton helped me find one online. I wanted to make sure that I acknowledged his exemplary customer service. He took his time, explained the features and found another mic that would work with the player.
