Purchased an oven from Best Buy. I scheduled a date for install. It was confirmed by Best Buy. I get a message from them the day before they are to deliver, and tell me they don't have the stove and that it is back ordered. So you have us clear our schedule, wait for days before you reach out to us to cancel our installation? This business model is dumb. Maybe make sure you have a product available before you allow your customers to schedule a delivery date, have them clear their schedule only to have it canceled becasue you dont' have it in stock. You lost my business today and will not be shopping best buy again. Waste of time.
