Best Buy Bel Air

This is the worst experience I ever had at Best Buy I went in there with my son to get a charger for his computer the only thing messed up was the charger because my dog chewed it up I try to explain that I needed a universal charger because my dog ate the other charger they told me to go to The Geek Squad I went there they try to rip me off they try to tell me that the port where the charger goes is loose and I have to pay $160 for it to fix and to work when all it was is the charger that my dog bit and I have to get a universal one they took my computer to the back I don't know what they did but when they gave it back to me that's when they try to explain that the port was loose which they don't know iFix computers myself I made them aware why was the reason for them to take my son's computer to the back to open it up when all I said was that all I needed was a universal charger they gave me my computer back I went home I checked it and they tampered with the back piece of my son's computer will you plug in the charger I will be reporting this business to Consumers affairs and I will have my lawyer reach out to this company because of what they did was trying to Swindle me and my son out of money by tampering with my computer messing a piece up so I can buy a piece which was not messed up

Had to keep asking for a saleperson to help. The items are locked up but I couldn't find anyone to open the cabinet so that I could purchase something.

Went there tonight to buy a stove and after 20 minutes had to go to the front and they said someone would be right with us. After another 15 minutes my 80 year old mother and I went back to the front of the store and asked the 2 cashier's and the man standing by the door and they looked dumb founded. So we left the store with nothing.
