Can't say enough good things about their car audio department. Pat was absolutely amazing. He took care of an issue with my audio system multiple shops couldn't figure out and did it cheaper than their diagnostics cost at other places.

When using geeksquad, instead of asking for customer i fo to pull up the i formation they need, they instead ask when did you buy it and sid you buy it with that. Let me check my superb memory for when i bought an electronic because we all remember those types of things correct? If i pay for geek squad, do your job and get me in and out based on the issue and resolution. Dont base your service on assumptions and lack of perspective. If i choose to go here again and the experience is the same, i will gladly leave a second review.

Bought an OtterBox as a gift for my father-in-law but missed the very minimal 15-day return window. The case was never used, still in the packaging, and I simply asked for store credit. The staff seemed more annoyed than helpful and showed zero interest in finding a solution. I’ve spent plenty at Best Buy over the years, but this experience sealed it. I won’t be shopping here again unless someone who actually cares about customer service decides to reach out.
