I just want to acknowledge Brandon S. @ the south county location. He was very helpful and was able to provide us with details that were valuable in finding a phone that best met our needs.(price, features etc.) Brandon took time to make sure all our questions were answered even when the next customer after us had been voicing his displeasure about having to wait.(saying things like this is taking forever, I should have went to Walmart and so on) Thank for the great customer service!

Failure to follow through with a delivery that you charge the customer extra for is super unprofessional. We waited to get our TV (a very expensive 85 inch) all week and then wait all day Friday for the scheduled delivery only to have them cancel late in the afternoon. Apparently, their truck broke down. Can’t do maintenance on your vehicle, you grab another from the fleet or you take your butt down to Enterprise. What you don’t do is fail to provide the service that you were paid for. In legal terms this is called “breach of contract”. If there were absolutely no way to get another vehicle (which is definitely not the case), then the manager should wave the delivery fee and deliver it personally the next day. Apparently, this isn’t how things work anymore though, so instead the order ended up cancelled. Do better.
