If I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered a 55" TV that was delivered to me by two young men. They asked where I wanted it and it was never moved. They purposely placed the damaged side facing the wall, so i wouldnt see it. Its too wide and too heavy for me. I had two cancer surgeries and cant lift that. I waited for my installer to come and it was several weeks. He plugs it in and turns it on and its cracked all to hell. He turns the box around and it is damaged and matched the tv screen spidering. I was told someone would come out, I was told too bad so sad, I was told the lady from S Africa that promised exchange lied to me. He escalated and that lady, Jennifer Shriver in escalation setup or supposedly setup last Wednesday for an exchange. I emailed her and nothing and no one ever showed or called or emailed. Its still sitting busted by their employees and no resolution. I will NEVER buy another thing from Best Buy. Bunch of liars and they dont care.
At this point, I want a refund and not deal with anymore lies and letdown. This has been going on since February.
