I went to Best Buy today to purchase a PS5 and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I asked for help and was told to go to the cashier. I explained that I wanted more information about the console before paying, and the employee said someone would come to assist me. I waited 30 minutes with no help.
I then spoke to an older gentleman at the entrance, who told me to return to the PS5 section and promised to send someone. I waited another 20 minutes, but again nobody came. In total, I spent over an hour waiting and still received no assistance.
I left the store frustrated, without buying the product I came for. It’s very disappointing that a store like Best Buy doesn’t prioritize helping customers who are ready to make a purchase.
I had to wait more than 30 min inside the store and no one came to help , either when you ask for help, no one will help you specially those working in the "Cameras section, and the Front door ,Worst service, all the staff doing nothing, wont help u out. Don't come here, shame on best buy management,

BestBuy offered a “next day delivery” option which I had to pay extra for (to reserve a time slot). The package did not come. Then, BestBuy notified me of a “carrier delay” that disregarded my payment of the delivery times slot, but guaranteed that I would nonetheless receive the order same day. It did not come. Then, another BestBuy agent informed me that the package would surely be here by today at 10am — as you guessed it, it did not come. Then another service rep assured me that it would be here by 3pm because they “marked my delivery priority” and “ensured that there was a driver” to deliver it on time. The package did not come.
Why not pick up? I was informed that I could not pick up my order from this store because it was in the “transit process”. Continuing, I was then informed that I had not received my package because it had not yet left this store. So despite my order being in this store the whole time (from placing the order to days after) I was not allowed to pick it up.
The solution? To be refunded for the package and restart this entire process all over again.
BestBuy just seems to be inconsistent with providing its customers with the product that they paid for and subjecting said customer to misinformation, confusion, and little to no action.
