I don't think it is worth going to this brick and mortar stores. They have very few items in their stores. I was told by an employee to go online. I was highly disappointed to waste time and gas.
Best Buy executives must be planning on spending their retention bonuses once they complete driving this once proud store into bankruptcy.
This is the second time I have gone into this location with an eye to buying a higher-dollar product ($300 plus) only to find that even though the item as displayed as being for sale, they didn't have it in stock and was told that if I wanted it, I needed to go to another store or order online.
This is one place where the customer service experience has turned to hot garbage, through no fault of the people who work at the store.
Sales people are sparce. Can find one when you need to ask a question
Very nice store. Staff are friendly just appear to be short staffed every-time I go in there.
