BUYER BEWARE: Best Buy is basically the Blockbuster of computer hardware. I'm sure they will be completely gone in 10 years. But in case you were considering buying an electronic device here, I would advise you look elsewhere. I purchased a laptop here about 7 months ago. I rarely use it, because I mostly use a desktop at home and I got the laptop to use on the odd travels I take. It has clocked less than a 100 hours of usage in those 8 months. Recently the GPU has been giving me issues, and I scheduled an appointment with their "Geek squad" department to get fixed. Needless to say, calling the 19 year old kid whose jeans were hanging around his knees a "geek" would be a kindness. Not only did they want $250 just to figure out what's wrong with the laptop, but they weren't able to do a basic wipe of my data from the laptop (there's something wrong with the computer such that the traditional factory reset wasn't working). When I informed the "clerk" that I can't leave my computer there literally logged into my email and personal documents on the laptop, I was assured "don't worry, we don't look at that stuff"... I will be getting the laptop fixed elsewhere, and it was the last time I set foot inside a Best Buy. Shop here at your own risk.

All that after having to grab an associate after 20 min of waiting. Youd think pc sales would have staff eager ...but no. Thankfully Amazon will deliver between 4 and 8 am.
