I bought a printer. It is a Canon printer It is a terrible printer! I had asked the sales person at Best Buy if this printer did good photo prints. They assured me that it does. It does not. The ink is very expensive. Boy was I ripped off. Will not shop at Best Buy again. They don’t seem to have a way to write to the company.

I had a very frustrating experience with a sales associate named DAVID during my recent visit. I came in needing help with [LG TV] I purchased 24days before], but the associate was dismissive and unwilling to assist.
Instead of trying to understand the problem or offer any solution, they simply refused to help and showed no interest in resolving the situation. This made the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming.
At minimum, I expected basic customer service—listening, offering options, or escalating to a manager—but none of that happened.
I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the store. Wont be back for ANYTHING
