I've been a Best Buy Total member for several years. I typically use Geek Squad remotely, but decided to bring my computer in for service inside the store this time. Wednesday, May 27th - I used the computer to login in to check banking just before shutting down. My kids use the computer daily for gaming as well. Worked perfectly fine, as always. Later in the evening, same day, I get a call from Best Buy techs saying they cannot get any visual. I picked it up the next day to bring home and hook everything back up and sure enough no visual. There is still power, but no visual. Best Buy damaged my computer and took absolutely zero responsibility for it. It is only a few years old and just out of warranty. I suspect that this was done maliciously in order to get me to buy another brand new computer. The store/floor manager laughed at me when I told him what happened and simply blamed it on: "well that can happen with electronics." The visual capabilities don't just mysteriously stop working on a new computer especially when the power source is working, unless someone in his tech department screwed up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS STORE!!!

Most of the shelfs are empty. I went to buy a tv google streamer and there was nothing. They had some cheap one that wasn't worth the money. But the store looked empty just like it would be going out of business. And I think it is.

All three times I’ve shopped here, I was approached by an AT&T employee hounding me about switching to their internet! I try my very hardest to do my part and support brick n mortar stores so they don’t sadly go out of business, but this goes too far. This place is shooting themselves in the foot and will ultimately go out of business if enough people like me feel the same way. As annoying as a regular employee asking me if I’m finding everything ok is, being pressured by a salesman for an unrelated business that I couldn’t care less about is unacceptable. I have plenty more reasons to continue to shop here in the future, but it’s very likely that I’ll spend my money at a different business without these ridiculous, pushy sales tactics! 😡😡😡

Only let me get one item when buying pokemon. Not one per sku. ONE item. Had to buy some from a scalper so both of my kids could get a good amount of packs. Wasted my time in line for nothing.
