I had a really great experience at Best Buy thanks to Teo. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while assisting us in choosing a TV. He took the time to explain the differences between models, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision without any pressure.
Teo was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right fit for our needs and budget. Because of him, the whole process was smooth. If you’re shopping for TV’s, I highly recommend asking for Teo!
Horrible service.
The employee's seemed as if they were avoiding contact with customers.
There were only three customers in the entire store, but we still had to wait a long time for assistance from the staff.
