Customer service is not good to explain about soundbar features. Seals-man ask to try and if don’t like we can return. West of time.

A week or so ago I bought a Lenovo laptop at this locale. Great service particular from Lenovo guy who doesn't actually sell them. Big purchase. Went back yesterday and waited by the computer sales desk for help/questions. Initially three guys were one aisle over moving things around. I watched them thinking surely one would offer to help or offer to get me help, make eye contact. I waited and waited feeling more and more invisible while these guys did stuff not 10 feet from me. Finally another guy came into the area. I stopped him. I said I felt invisible. He said everyone was helping customers. There were no customers. Disappointing. He did answer my question. I don't get it.
