Very Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience with this Best Buy location regarding a product I purchased. They were extremely eager to sell the item, but when it came to delivering it on time, they completely failed. They first called to reschedule my delivery, and I agreed. But then, just one day before the new delivery date, they called again saying they needed to reschedule once more.
Because of these repeated delays, I had to miss work on two days, including Saturday, as I was waiting to receive the product. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration.
They also push their credit card and cashback offers very aggressively, but none of that matters if they can’t deliver items as promised. If you don’t mind constant delivery rescheduling, then it might be fine—but if timely delivery is important to you, I would strongly advise being careful with their offers and promises.
