AVOID this Bloomingdale, IL. store location especially if you are buying expensive stuff and special order products, they ordered high-end home theater system for me, when i saw the price is cheaper on their website they would not price match it, this happened the same day when they placed the order for me, they said that it's from "BestBuy marketplace or third party seller" that's why they can't price match.! but it's on their website.! so they told me to just return the product to the store once I received them, long story short I received the items and when I was returning the items they said that they cannot accept them because they were purchased from bestbuy.com the associate told me that they will reach out to corporate to set up the return and schedule the pick up from my house, very frustrating experience, I end up calling the customer service and explained what happened, the customer service agent told me that the store should accept the returns, there is also a RETURN to Store option on the website, Shout Out to the guy who helped me with this issue, the store accept the items after the sales associate talked to him on the phone, never had a bad experience with this store in past but now looks like they really have BAD management.! Not buying from this store again. AVOID..AVOID..AVOID.. Thanks again to the customer service agent who helped me, keep up the good work.!

We saw an item online and decided to go in to see it/ buy it in person vs ordering them for pick up since we were in the area and we don’t live close by. We went in and could not find the item, and it was very difficult to get someone to help us (waiting a while). Once we did get someone- they said the item was more expensive in store and they wouldn’t price match their own website nor work with us for us to order it online and they fulfill the order for us while we were in store. Also the entire time he kept pushing the credit card to get a “20 coupon”, like please. Also the store was fully staffed, just no one cares. The manager didn’t even come out to explain why he said he wouldn’t price match their own website even tho they definitely should have. So disappointing.
