Big yikes. Get bombarded by employees just trying to get through the store. I swore off all best buys 4 years ago. Only came here cause the person I was with wanted something and even he now swears off best buy. It was so awful just wanted to buy something and asked 10 times to sign up for a membership. Then asked "R U SURE" OVER AND OVER holy smokes. Walmarts better than this place and I don't go to Walmart anymore either.

Purchased 2 tvs. My receipt clearly states that delivery, repair & installations will be performed. Now I'm told that since I didn't purchase the "set-up plan", it's a no. Tvs were delivered and the remote control batteries were DEAD. Was told to go back to the store. While the CSR was nice, I feel I was NOT clearly informed and they were trying to make a sale. Spoke with Pallo, who said no you don't have a notice for set-up. He was helpful in explaining but not to my satisfaction. Called the store number again and spoke to Oscar who said the store doesn't take CALLS. WHAT??? He basically said oh well, bring your receipt back to the store and they can give you more info. We'll, now I'm going back to the store with my receipt and returning one of the tvs..I knew it was way to easy for my purchase. NEVER AGAIN. READ AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES. They make it seem so easy, but NEGLECT to mention the necessary information.
