Ahmed at Best Buy was absolutely amazing. He took the time to really understand what I needed and helped me choose the perfect Apple iPad along with all the right accessories—no pressure, just honest advice and patience.
Because of how great that experience was, I came back specifically to work with him again and ended up purchasing a MacBook Pro. Same incredible service both times. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. Ask for Ahmed—you won’t regret it!
I don't typically buy electronics so my visit was to pick up a Nintendo switch video game for my grandson. What I can say is that I could have had curbside pickup but I decided just to walk into the store. When I walked in(weekday morning) I was greeted by young man standing near the entrance. He smiled and greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. I walked over to the cash register where the young lady assisted me in finding the correct email that would show the order number so she could get the item for me. The reason I went to Best Buy is because it was $5 cheaper for this video game then it was on two other major retailer websites. This visit was a win for me: good price and professionl and friendly employees.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location involving an employee named Ahmed and trevor the store manager.
I was misinformed about the return policy at the time of purchase. I was clearly told that the item could be returned without any restocking fee, even though it was open-box. However, when I attempted to return the product, I was told something completely different.
It is important to note that the item I purchased was already open-box, yet this was not properly explained along with the actual return conditions. During the return process, Ahmed spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which was unprofessional and unnecessary.
Additionally, I was informed that purchasing a $50 membership would waive the restocking fee, which felt misleading and inappropriate, especially after incorrect information had already been provided.
Make sure you guys make video when you buy from this store bcz they lie and tell you something else
I made the mistake learn but in future i never buy anything from this store

Overall, this experience involved poor communication, inconsistent information, and unprofessional behavior. I expect transparency and respectful treatment from a company like Best Buy, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those standards.
