1. NICE CLEAN PLENTY OF MERCHANDISE AND FRIENDLY SALES ASSOCIATES WERE AVAILABLE TO HELP ON 01/18/26 11:00am HOUR. I PURCHASED THE THREE IN A BOX CHARGERS WHICH WAS ON SALE FOR $10.99 ( LAST DAY FOR SALE ITEM). WHAT THE CHARGES PROMISED AT FASTS LIGHTENING SPEEDS ACTUALLY WILL HAPPEN. I OPENED THE BOX THE MINUTE I GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL. I USED ON MY APPLE PRO MAX 16 PHONE AND WITHIN MINUTES NOT HOURS MY PHONE CHARGED FROM 29 PERCENT TO A 67 PERCENT IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. GREAT BUY AND THANKS FOR THE REFERRAL TO PURCHASE THIS BRANDED ITEM WHICH COMES WITH THREE IN A BOX. THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SELLING OUT I ENDED UP BUYING ONE OF THE LASTS TWO.

I can’t believe Best Buy is still around. I guess it’s a restatement to their resolve. Customer service can be spotty. If you know what you want and it isn’t locked up behind a counter where only an employee can retrieve, it’s a convenient place to sho and buy. The selection is good.

This company allowed a stranger to make an in store purchase without my card in their hand. This individual either stole my identity or it was an employee that stole my account information and made the purchase. As of now I have contacted the local authorities and they’re contacting the Schaumburg police department for further investigation. The fact that someone made an in store purchase without my card in their possession is my biggest issue with this store. It shouldn’t even be possible considering identity theft is so strong these days and they offer security measures to their customers at a cost…
