I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the unacceptable experience my friend and I had at your location with the Manger named Trent.
Upon entering the store, we were immediately met with unprofessionalism from the manager on duty(Trent). Despite being directly in front of him, he did not offer a greeting or even acknowledge our presence. As customers, this lack of basic courtesy and recognition made us feel completely dismissed and unwelcome.
Furthermore, when we attempted to engage with him for assistance, his attitude was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking in any form of customer service etiquette. It was clear he had no interest in assisting us and made no effort to communicate politely or professionally. At one point, it felt as though we were being laughed at or not taken seriously, which only heightened our discomfort and frustration.
As someone who also works in customer service, I understand that dealing with the public can be challenging—but it is essential that those in leadership positions exhibit patience, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, the manager we encountered demonstrated none of these qualities. It is deeply concerning that someone without the necessary people skills or willingness to help has been entrusted with managing your store and representing your brand.
This experience left both my friend and me feeling disrespected and incredibly disappointed. I sincerely hope this matter will be addressed appropriately. Customers should feel valued and respected—not ignored, belittled, or made to feel uncomfortable.
