It's always a good experience when I go into best buy they have top customer service
Normal Best buy I hate that they have gotten rid of their physical media. But overall it was just like the same. Also it didn't seem completely stopped just mildly

Poor management but great products. High prices but not enough inventory. Bad layout and atmosphere.

Bad customer service, no personality and overall bland. Took a while to even get any help as well. Only exception was one guy who said have a good day when we left. The employee Nelson helped us, and I would say his performance was not adequate nor he is a good salesman
