Please do not shop at Best Buy for your appliances and electronics needs. I bought over 10k worth of items from them and my total tech membership expired without me knowing. I called customer service explaining this her name is Deepenjali and she did not care and told me they only contact by email if your total tech is about to expire. She also was talking over me and was rude. They do not call or send you a letter if your total tech about to expire. Basically they are scammers. After all that money I spent they make it my fault so if anything go wrong with my items I purchased they won’t fix. So do not shops there. They also sale appliances that only last
for 2 years and is discontinued where you can’t buy parts. Take your money to businesses that care.

If this card changes it should be updated to avoid a payment failing. Failed payments can be corrected within 30 days and most if not all protection plans would be recoverable. Went into the store to purchase a mac book pro for my son. Was greeted at the door walked to mac area thru 5 associates. Stood there with my son waiting to be acknowledged so we could make the purchase. To be fair there was one more customer being served after he left the salesperson began talking to the the other salesperson finally one lady who is older but not from the area speaks and says someone will be here soon. Finally I raise my arms to salesman and he comes over mind you he's been looking at me the whole time. We have comments because he's rude and he's wrong. He didn't like me saying to acknowledge the customer was the right way. New generation huh. Now I'm ordering from Apple and the new home theater for the new home will not have best buy in it after over 20 years of my support

Online website states 1 hour pickup. Went there after 1 hour and was informed that it is standard practice for it to take two hours or more. Good products and friendly faces. But false advertisement on claiming 1 hour or less pickup
