How do I check product availability at the Aurora Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

I am very angry with Best Buy (Aurora, IL) right now! I just bought a $900 PC from them. During the checkout the associate asked me if I wanted to join the membership club for $49.99. He said my membership would entitle me to a $50 gift card and extend the price match period to 60 days. I expected my receipt or a follow up email would have info on the gift card but there was nothing. I talked to a store manager and he said the gift card offer was only available if I registered for a Best Buy Credit Card. The associate in the computer department apparently didn't know the Best Buy offers and I'm out $50 because of it. Beware of the games they play!
