Angel working at the pickup counter today (10-27-26) and a lady whose name I did not ask, but had curly hair, working the front door during closing, were super nice and allowed me to pickup an item 5 minutes after closing time. They were professional and saved me from having to explain to my brother I wouldn’t be able to pick up his item on his birthday. 10/10 service. The lady at the front was super helpful wish I would’ve got her name to leave this review. 10/10 again. Please don’t show up at closing though, that was irresponsible on my behalf.
the employees are absolutes useless they ask if you need any help when you walk in just for no one to be found or available to help

Is there s reason there is one cashier for both purchases and returns? 20 minute lines in a dead store is ridiculous.
Purchased a TV that was marked good and described as only having minor cosmetic damage. When I arrived, the TV had a cut on the screen and had a busted corner from where it was dropped. Best Buy was useless in support and this whole endeavor was a wasted effort on a dying company.
This store also had rude employees, but the Sony guy was cool.
