I witnessed manager Juan being quite rude with both, employees & customers..good thing I caught his name off the badge. He just doesn't seem like a pleasant person to work with. Most employees are fine but some are incredibly loud, clapping & yelling across the store: why is that necessary? Also, for some reason this is the only Best Buy I've been to that blasts music all day. It gave me a headache..I can't be there for a long period of time or else I'd get a migraine.
