Just had my remote starter for my vehicle put in and couldn’t be happier. The installation team did a great job of informing me of how it all works. From the app to the remote and demonstrated it for me. The job was done fast and really well, no mess or wires hanging in my car. I would totally recommend the work from this location. A+++

I won't be shopping at this best buy anymore! I purchased a washer and dryer for $2,000 and was awarded 2 $50 gift cards from samsung, when I went to make another purchase at a different day using my gift cards the balance showed 0 on one of the gift cards. Not one representative nor the manager of the store at the time was able to help me with the mistake the cashier made at the time of purchase. Everytime I call or show up at the store no one has an answer for me. They lack communication, and their customer is horrible. I'm a plus member and have been a loyal customer to best buy for many years, however this year I'm extremely disappointed in the way this specific store has been treating me. This is not the first time they've made a mistake.
