How do I check product availability at the Burbank Best Buy?

They have a secret room in the back corner where they do alarm & car starter installations. I don't know why they don't advertise it more. I had a car starter installed on my car there.

We had a great shopping experience here my son and I. We worked with rhe saleswoman Jay who was very nice and patient with explaining to us the best laptop choices for what we needed to do...The Geek Squad was exceptionally nice as well..Very manageable and patient in explaining my laptop guidance to me...The shopping experience hear and the staff are 100...The woman in the front who helped me when I was looking for Jay the night before our transaction was also a charm.

No Help At ALL For My Computer & Every Worker Walked Passed Me As I Stood By The Counter Waiting 15-20 Mins For Them To Tell Me They Could Do Nothing And Maybe Replace My Whole Computer .. Like What ?Ridiculous !
