How do I check product availability at the Burbank Best Buy?

I used the Geek Squad for an Apple iPhone update. I was satisfied, although it didn't cure the issue I had. It was an Iphone specific problem. The staff @ Best Buy were friendly and helpful, which was nice to see

Terrible customer service. Skip this location and make the drive to riverside one. We waited over 20 minutes before a random rep asked us if everything was ok. And this was after we had checked with customer service and asked for a sales rep because we had questions about laptops. There should be a call button at the stations because no one ever came out. This was extremely disappointing considering we were ready to make a big purchase and did not receive quality customer service. Apart from lack of quality customer service there were many loss prevention staff miling about- they could at least have gotten a sales rep for us while they were watching us awkwardly for 20 minutes. I felt extremely uncomfortable and encouraged my brother to make his purchase online but since we were already here he went ahead and bought it. Hopefully y’all don’t get commission because it is not deserved.
