Tried to buy a computer here yesterday, arrived at 6pm and picked one out around 6:15, I talked to 4 different employees all stating that they had one person left and would arrive shortly, 7:20 struck and I was still waiting. The customer service could use massive improvements.

This store is a joke! You CAN NOT SEE AND COMPARE LAPTOPS. They keep laptops in a paper boxes, closed in something that looks like a chicken cage. Creazy!
