Always friendly and helpful
I went into the store in search of a grill accessory. The name of the associate that helped me ia Marco. He went above and beyond to make sure, I got what I wanted. His exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated. He made my trip to this store, a very pleasant one. I recommend anyone that goes here, to go to him for help. He is very helpful, and ensures the customer is satisfied.
Only allowed one item to be sold at Pokemon drop when advertised as one item per skew per person. Manager said and I quote “ nobody told you to wait all those hours.” When I complained about how this was handled. Claimed it’s up to stores discretion when other locations are following how it’s advertised.
I’ve had two very disappointing experiences at this store in the past two weeks. On my first visit, I came in to have an SSD installed in my computer. The techs were unhelpful and rude while explaining the $250 charge, offering no real clarity or courtesy.
I returned yesterday to purchase an iPad, and the customer service was just as poor. No one was readily available to help, and when I finally approached an associate named Emmanuel, he seemed irritated by my questions. I asked about accessories, and he showed me a single $40 screen protector, saying it had a lifetime warranty. When I asked if there were other options, he abruptly said no. It felt like he was pushing that particular product for a commission.
The cashier experience was even worse. I pointed out that the price tag next to the display was incorrect, and instead of addressing my concern, she started explaining taxes—something I clearly understand. When I tried to clarify my actual issue, she continued to talk over me. Unfortunately, she didn’t have a name tag, or I would’ve included her name here.
I used to shop at this Best Buy regularly, but experiences like these have pushed me toward online purchases instead. One final issue: they use permanent marker to write the store number on top of all Apple products boxes. It makes the items look used or tampered with—very unprofessional. (See attached picture.)
