Clean but terrible service.
I don’t know what the employees here are about. I understand that a lot of services are moving digital, but that’s another reason why customer service is more important than ever.
Some other guests and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get our questions answered.
Also, Brandon needs to stop having some snarkiness and attitude.

I bought a refrigerator last year in September with the Best Buy…they have a dent of the doors so I opted out for compensation instead of replacing the appliance! Now this is August of 2025, I still haven’t received any compensation and upon calling they seem to be talking in circles and not making any sense! I think other big chains are better and more professional than Best Buy! This was a very small compensation and didn’t needed to be overlooked! I am never buying a big purchase from Best Buy again
The third best buy I went to in one day. The second one was totally my fault I was told North Ave. I went to Melrose Park instead of Chicago. Anyway I took my old computer there I could not do the trade in because it was not set to the factory settings. (Not because they do not except them, the North Riverside store was WRONG because they do) Anyway the young lady removed the hard drive and give it to me. Picked up my computer no problem in and out. Sorry I did not get their names but both of them were wonderful 2 young ladies helped me. Downers Grove 7401 Lamont.
