No issue with this actual store, but Best Buy in general. Awful 15 day return window with no exception, even for bricked products that weren't backed by the manufacturer. If you want a longer window for returns, you can pay an annual fee. I tried to return an electronic device 3 weeks after purchasing and was refused. Even after offering to pay a restocking fee, I was told there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service that comes from corporate policies.

The service was wonderful with patient and knowledgeable employees working at the Geek Squad desk and the computer area.
Can't get a hold of the store. It went straight to customer service that doesn't know how to get a holdout store or check an item if it's available or not. Rude customer service that could barely speak English.
