Why is it freaking impossible to talk to anyone or get a hold of anyone on the phone. This is absolutely insane. Holy robot won’t let me speak to anyone.

Best Buy's online checkout for appliances is VERY confusing as to what you need for the new installation and delivery. So, I went into this location on 10/29 and ordered a stackable washer and dryer set. First flag was the young associate who barely wanted to help me. He explained to me that I could order it online, at home. Wait, what? Didn't I just explain to you my issues with that and why I'm in your store? We got through the order process, me showing him photos of the stackable washer and dryer we have, with model numbers. He assured me that all of the "extra" parts I ordered and paid for would be all I needed for them to complete the installation upon delivery. The delivery window had to be adjusted as this was going to my business address and the staff would be gone in the current, selected window. He said they'd work that out when they called the night before. I believed him. That didn't happen. I then had to call two more times to get that adjusted. The day of delivery communication from the delivery team and Best Buy was great. They were on time as well. Things were looking up to turn around this poor experience thus far. Nope! They couldn't complete the delivery and installation, because a "stackable" kit was missing. Really? I showed you photos of exactly what we had and what we needed. Sigh. Finally, I called back today on 11/01 to reschedule. They can't come back out for almost TWO MORE WEEKS!!!! No thanks! Goodbye Best Buy. You used to be great to deal with, but the people you have working your stores now don't care to help customers and your phone support is terrible. You've lost me as a customer.

I pre-ordered a pokemon game for my switch that came with a free play mat if you ordered from best buy. I SPECIFICALLY chose best buy for the mat. I got there 6 minutes after opening on release day and picked up my game and asked for my mat and the employee said that wasn't part of my order. I showed her the email and she said I had to go to a different location to get it and I had a week to pick it up. Went to the other location 6 days after and they said it was canceled and they had a switch light for my account that I didn't even order. Sooooo yea. That sucked.
