DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY; LITTLE TO NO REGARD FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY--Best Buy Company Overall Our order was finally resolved today, October 6—18 days after it was placed. But “resolved” doesn’t erase what our family went through. We spent hours chasing answers, waited all day for a delivery that was canceled without a single phone call, and lost about $500 in groceries trying to keep food safe for our children. We did everything Best Buy asked to prepare for our delivery and to make it so much easier for the couriers to get in and out quickly out of pure respect, yet we were left to manage the stress and financial loss entirely alone. The refrigerator and freezer finally arrived, but our wasted time, spoiled food, and deep disappointment are still very real. With grocery prices skyrocketing compared to just 6 to 7 months ago, feeding a family with children is incredibly difficult. We rely on buying in bulk, making this appliance purchase an absolute necessity, not a luxury. This was an exhausting, unacceptable experience. We deserved far better communication and accountability from Best Buy. Please think twice before buying major appliances from them.

An employee told me that if I sign up for their Best Buy program then I can ask for money back when the computer that I bought goes on sale. I was also told that it would go on sale around Labor Day and that it would be a few hundred dollars off. They also said that I could use an app which would give me notifications when the computer went on sale so I could call in and get some money back. It turns out that none of this was true and I was lied to so that I would pay $30 to sign up for their stupid program. I do not know if their employees are trained to lie and fraud customers into signing up for this program but I can only suspect that is what happened here. If they tell you this do not listen to them.
