No customer service at all, never been asked if we need anything. This is the first time I see in a Best Buy store. Then we went to the front desk to seek some help they just pointed out where the tvs are, and that’s all. No let me walk you there, no let me send someone over there. They really suck at customer service.
Was here for over half an hour (after I started keeping track) waiting for someone to come answer a question I had about a product I was planning to buy, had multiple people come up to me to ask if I needed help and then tell me they would send someone else just for no one to come by for another 10-15 minutes to tell us the same thing. Ended up just buying the product elsewhere.
John is a terrible manager. He was completely useless and didn’t help us at all. He made zero effort to meet us halfway. I’m extremely unhappy with his work — I’m furious! He ruined my mood. I would never, ever recommend this store to anyone. He’s a very rude and disrespectful person. Absolutely awful experience.

Instead of helping to resolve my issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They showed no interest in customer service and clearly lacked basic communication skills. I expected better treatment and will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.
