Seba the employee at Best Buy was very helpful.
For activating our iPad! Nobody else knew how to do it, he was very helpful. for 1 hours! to figure out our situation . Thank you!
The quality of there service was not good. I had to visit store 3 times to get a pre-phone activated. It turns out they never activated the phone on either visit. On one of the visits manager on staff was supposed to fix the problem, but issue continued to persist. If they are known for being the Geek Squad, activating a prepaid phone shouldn't been a problem. The item was returned.

An excellent location with a broad selection of electronics. The Magnolia room showcases high-end TVs and audio systems, including OLED and QLED models from top brands, alongside premium sound systems and theater setups for an immersive experience. For budget-conscious shoppers, the store also offers a wide range of 4K TVs, soundbars, and audio equipment to fit various price ranges. There’s a solid selection of laptops, tablets, and smart home gadgets as well. It’s worth checking online for price comparisons, as Best Buy offers a reliable price-match policy with most retailers. I didn’t interact with staff, and there were only a few visible on the floor during my visit. The layout is well-organized and easy to navigate.
Went to buy a Google pixel phone. Put my name on the stupid list, waited 20 minutes while staff talked to each other. Left without purchasing. Bought the phone at Walmart.
