If i could give zero stars I would. Scheduled a big install job with two 85" t.v.s for a disabled man. They arrived, looked at the fireplace wall, said we cant do that wall. Then LEFT.the job. We called customer service to get a run around and cant schedule the installer back after they left. So im charged almost 400 bucks to be told too bad cant install it. They do not respect the ADA and are very discrimatory towards disabled folks. Do not support this branch, or best buy in general. There are millions of disabled Americans and ABT will outshine best buy all day.
Meanwhile, I have those 85 inch tvs sitting outside for them to pick them up. Hopefully no one will take them, as I left them on tje street like they left thos disabled man hanging.

Last week I went to buy a new phone. Around 7:00 at night I went in and after waiting around for a while I asked an employee for some help. They claimed they were "on a phone call". I waited around for about ten minutes and decided to leave. Gurnee is close, so I drive up that way. What happens up there? Nobody but the security following me and gossiping with other employees. I'm autistic, not a thief. Super uncomfortable, so I leave that store. When I call the Vernon Hills store, it's a call center, in southeast asia. Hmm, that employee straight up lied about the call.... I write review number one, they ask me to contact them on social media. They contact me Friday while I'm at work. Here it is end of the day Tuesday, no word at all from their representative "Brandon" on Facebook. Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.
