My issue was resolved cheerfully and well at the Geek Squad counter.
The idiots working here looked up my crdit card for a thief, then let this person purchase $1.5k in things on it, NEVER VERIFYING ID.

Terrible. No employees on the floor. No help whatsoever. When one was available, I showed her my remote for a ChromeCast unit, to which she responded “what’s that?.” I used to like this store vey much. Now I’m never returning.
