I went in today to purchase headphones, and Sabe assisted me throughout the process. I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and helpful customer service. There were also two members of management assisting with a nearby dilemma, and they were both very professional and polite. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service provided by everyone. It’s always refreshing to receive such friendly, professional, and helpful service. Justyna & Jon Turak general manager extremely rude mocked me for buying Pokémon cards for my 11 year old daughter; when doing a video walk-through this representative threatened me with the police multiple times mocked me for wanting to collect Pokémon cards for my daughter and alleged that she would get fired for telling me any information about stock ; moreover as a disabled veteran I am completely disgusted by this location and the general manager here. Filling complaint with cooperate office.
