Just wanted to say Lulu was very helpful and very informative and took initiative to take care of us which I really appreciated, great employee. Didn’t like how the blond lady working the same shift came into our conversation and raised her voice at Lulu when she was trying to ask a question. Managers and supervisor look into this bc it’s unprofessional

Initially - I never had great success in this place. Notably there was a time where I was trading something in and was asked if I had stole it (I bought it for a steal! But didn’t steal it. lol) which was wild.
HOWEVER, after some very clear changes. I think their teams have done a complete 180. And they’re incredible.
HUGE shoutout to the mobile and customer service team for their incredible help yesterday during whats likely one of the busiest days of their year (iPhone launch).
The talent here CANT MISS. Their skillset to meet their customers and help them in the best way possible is literally unmatched. And they have incredible bonds between each other which just makes me want to shop there more.
If someone from Best Buy corporate finds this - I hope y’all are giving them a pay raise and unmatched benefits. Don’t loose the incredible talent you have in these walls.
