Online drops are a joke.
They sell out within 5seconds and will have you waiting in "digital line" for over an hour.
In the pursuit to "save consumers from scalpers" all Best Buy is doing is encouraging A.I. and bots to flood their systems.
At least GameStop and Target allow you to pick the items up in store, with real lines, and product limitations.
Customer Service is horrible, on the phone and at the store. If you have a issue good luck with getting help.
