Nice selection good service wasn't busy but could be hard to get someone still.
Best buy used to be the place to be if you wanted great customer service with technical expertise, but unfortunately so was RadioShack until it decided to not care about it's customer experiences. I make my payments in person, and so first impressions as they say are everything, an empty store with two people at the front who are more focused on their own conversations rather than what the client may need, and also Best buy how is it not possible to give your employees a stapler to staple receipts to bill payments? You might as well give your employees something to do instead of paying them to do nothing, this is why Amazon is excelling since it eliminates the whole on site poor customer experiences. Sucks since going to the store and window shop WAS generally part of the whole shopping experience and the customer service was what got people inspired to buy, but not with that type of dull service.
