I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Countryside Best Buy. The supervisor on duty, Yewelin, displayed a level of unprofessionalism that I would not expect from any Best Buy location, especially considering that I am a Best Buy+ customer.
During my visit, both the supervisor and the cashier made inappropriate jokes at my expense, and I was given three inconsistent answers regarding a simple inquiry. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that he was not available and was asked to leave my contact information for a return call from the manager, Bob. I never received that call.
After several hours, I called the store again. The associate who answered requested my name and number once more, yet no one followed up. When I called again today, I was told that the store has no way to connect customers directly with a manager and that I would need to return to the store in person.
At this point, I have lost confidence in the professionalism of the Countryside Best Buy staff and will no longer be visiting this location. I will take my business to other Best Buy stores instead.
The most concerning statement I heard from the supervisor was, “I’ve been in trouble many times for helping customers.” I found this extremely alarming, as it is entirely contrary to what customer service leadership should represent.

So, I went to get my 24-inch iMac repaired. The check-in was smooth, and the associate told me the repair could be done and that they'd send it out. He said he just needed a few minutes for paperwork. After waiting 25 minutes, he comes back and says his system is glitching, they don't actually do repairs there, and I have to go to another location. Seriously?!
