Karol from geek squad runs the joint. Or you’d think he would. Good service, quality care.
I bought a refrigerator on March 22nd. Delivery was scheduled for yesterday, April 7th, but it wasn't delivered. They said it was changed due to a truck theft alert. I called today because I just bought groceries and urgently needed the refrigerator. They told me it would be delivered on the 10th. What kind of service is this?

I had issues with an expensive electronic I purchased at Best Buy which was still under warranty. I received different answers from like 4 different employees in the same store on the same day. Basically they just had me waste my time and make an appointment for Geek Squad and then was forced to come back because they fail to tell you proper procedures. On my way out I spoke to the “manager” and he could care less. Not once did he apologize for the horrible customer experience, all he did was give me excuses that policies change and that they don’t know what Geek Squad does etc. When I first asked to speak to the store manager he said he wasn’t there yet failed to even care to ask what was wrong when he’s the so called “assistant manager.” He was looking around uninterested the whole time I was giving him feedback. They want your money when you make purchases there but be prepared to get nothing but excuses when you have issues with their expensive products. Do your research before giving them your business. I will never again give them my business.
