How do I check product availability at the Countryside Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

The associate named Julian at checkout is the most arrogant and incompetent employee I've ever encountered. He was given clear instructions (multiple times bc he was slow) that I wanted to cancel the pick up order and buy as "grab and go" yet he proceeds to mark the order as "picked up" and makes the most dull face you'd imagine. When he was asked why he did that when the customer clearly stated not to, his response was - I just did it. Like a toddler responds when he is asked why he broke the vase at the kindergarten. No explanation why he just undermined a paying customer.
I was making an ~$800 purchase trying to support a local brick-and-mortar store and this experience made me really regret the decision. Employees like Julian that lack the manners and etiquette to interact with customers and deliberately undermine them should not be allowed anywhere near shoppers let alone meet them at checkouts.

The guy at the front just had to say his entire 2 min speech about applying for a best buy card. I had said no right away and was shaking my head the whole 2 min. How unprofessional & annoying that he wouldn't shut up! And the girl couldn't care less helping us & she knew nothing about the laptops. North Riverside was sooo worth the drive for the much better people! We bought our laptop from Alex at north Riverside. Go there instead
