They now use only AI. You can never call anymore and hope to reach someone at the store unless you go there and simply hope for the best. I cannot believe management is so misguided as to think this will ever be a good experience for people. Most amazingly, I can get better customer service from Amazon!? Unreal. If only the CEO would need to deal with the same AI phone interface to do his job and get his paycheck. Very sad situation.
