Went yesterday haven’t been in a Best Buy in awhile.Wife ended up wanting to purchase something but they had one guy at the register explaining a warranty for 20 mins to another person as the line grew long and the rest of the store employees stood at the front door goofing around. Terrible management at this location. Ended up walking out and buying it at Target.

I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Angel Perez. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a pair of headphones. He explained the different options clearly and helped me find a pair that fit both my needs and budget. His customer service was excellent, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
