Absolutely do not buy tvs here !!!!!!! IDC what brand there wonderful teck from LG that was there rang me up for 2 tvs one being a 3 thousand dollar o led and the other a 75 inch walks out too my truck and tells me if i lay the box down in the bed of my truck it will avoid the warranty so i went too Walmart got cheaper tvs and they were more then happy too pay them down in the bed of my truck best buy he cost u 3800 cash today will not be back also he didjt even try and offer me a shipping option simply just said ok and let me leave with just the speaker horrible sales guy

My laptop with my doctorate thesis was messed up and the fine gentlemen at geek squad fixed me up.
Apple didn't have the Macbook I was looking for in stock. Bestbiy had plenty!
Went in on June 10th and purchased a TV which they didn’t have in stock, but could have it shipped for next day delivery by FedEx. Seeing I’m from Kansas I needed it shipped to Wakarusa, IN to be installed in my motorhome. Later that morning I got an email saying it was being shipped to my Kansas address. Called the number listed for the store but got an AI bot and found out you can’t talk to anyone in the store. Had a person tell me they would “work on it” and 5 hours later got an email saying they couldn’t change the address and for me to call FedEx to change the address.
Made the call only to be told the shipper, Best Buy, had to make the address change. Called Best Buy again and was told again they would “work on it” but the address didn’t get changed.
I’ve asked Customer Service to have a store manager contact me but nobody has called.
I feel like Best Buy owes me something for the inconvenience and the time I spent trying to get their mistake corrected.
