Staff as always very attentive and helpful.
My husband and I visited this Bestbuy last night. We went in to look at the $350 Lenova Chromebook and a Lenova Yoga. We were helped by a gentleman named Todd. He was one of the most awesome people to work with. He spent time finding out our needs. By the way we did not need a laptop, we wanted something lighter for business usage. We had a perfectly fine laptop bought from bestbuy (Lenova Yoga) it was just heavy and not as kitchen table friendly for our customers. Todd showed us many different options, and listened to our needs. He also looked into open boxes at our request. In the end we went with an Asus Proart and a digital pen. It was more than we were going to spend but after Todd spent time looking up programs we use we were able to determine that a Chromebook was not for us. We really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all, but listened to our needs and wants. We would specifically ask for him if given the option. I had a question outside of the laptop and he questioned some other employees and they were great too. Thanks for having a great team.
