Best Buy has gone downhill since discontinuing Blu Rays and cds. I have very little reason to go here anymore.

Great deals. Great service. When making an expensive purchase check how much it would be if you have the membership. My computer was half price just because I spent money on the membership!

I continue to be amazed that Best Buy is still in business and the customer service at this particular store is very lacking. We were unable to return an unopened, unused TV mount that we had a receipt for because we brought it in 16 days after purchase and it has to be within 14 days. They would not allow any store credit as an option either. Often times there are not enough associates to help check out. Update: after leaving this review, Best buy reached out to me asking for me to reach out to them for further assistance. I did so and it ended up being a complete waste of time with no resolution. I'm not sure why they even asked me to reach out to them but this continues to be evidence of their decline in customer service. Attached photos of the actual chat in Facebook that they told me to reach out through.
