Great customer service! The second I walked in, the greeter showed me where to head, the I was helped by a guy, I believe his name was Brandon(?). He was so helpful as I was trying to find a gift for my brother birthday. The product I was hoping to get was out of stock, but he went out of his way to double check inventory and contact a nearby store to see if they had it. I ended up finding another great gift and went with that instead. I was also helped by someone else when looking at the projectors(the item I went with). They were all so friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous about going in alone as a woman, but they were very professional and made it feel very welcoming!
Had a few questions about a TV. The salesman explained that the choices I was considering had differences in the screen/display panel.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Maple Grove Best Buy store. I went in to exchange a product and was made to wait for 45 minutes while the staff looked for the item. Unfortunately, they were unable to find it and did not make any effort to help me resolve the issue. This lack of assistance and the long wait time were extremely frustrating. I expected better customer service from Best Buy and hope they can improve their processes in the future.

Terrible customer service. Tried to get me to cancel my order of $299 to make me pay for the new $399 price tag. little Asian guy at the checkout needs to be fired for this.
Edit : I just cancelled my order and will be purchasing elsewhere and never considering Best Buy next time I need something!!
