Worst automotive services I’ve ever had by far. They cracked my dash when they installed my deck I purchased from them for almost a thousand bucks, then, my heated steering didn’t work. Usually no big deal just make it right……. When I bring it back in they refused to finish the work because they said they didn’t have enough wires or time to do it which wasn’t true they sold me the wires and told me when to bring it in. So I asked them to fix my heated steering since it was there. Long story short my heated steering still doesn’t work my equipment is still NoT installed and now they won’t return my calls or text. There’s been no communication from them. It’s so hard to find good service these days I know shit happens and I can work with whatever comes up what I can’t work with is zero communication and zero accountability even from management. I’m now stuck paying off a $1000 deck that I never would have purchased if I couldn’t get my subs installed with it. Horrible service they should be ashamed. I recommend Twisted Sounds outa St. Cloud it’s worth the drive and Matt will take care of all you automotive sound needs
