We went to this store Best Buy today 10/19/2024 to get two dash cam for my car ,home camera and Laptop, and it was one of our worst experiences ever in store , no one came up to offer help, we went to the front of the store and asked for help , two of the employees did called into the walkie for some one to come out , we waited around, no one comes out then we started to walk around to get another employee attention again! and we did the second time, two more employees(different departments areas)called into the walkie for someone to come out to help us ,no one comes out after 20-25 minutes of trying to get help , we made decisions of walking out without buying anything and at the same moment we were walking out ; another employee approached us and once again!! Said you guys need help? I said yes! And started called someone to come out and I says HELLO !!! Forget it!!You guys don’t want our money we been here for about 25 minutes and everyone calling over the Walkie and no one help, I I see about 6-8 of you guys/employees walking around like chickens with out heads and we are about to walk and still can help or do your job !! Terrible service I don’t know how this store is up doing business! Not to mention two other people is complaining too at the same time were walking out!!! Terrible service customer service and bad decision on our part going to a store like Best Buy!!!

Me encantó por primera vez saqué una computadora a crédito y a pesar de no tener mucho para mi primer pago para sacar mi producto para ese día se ajustaron a mi presupuesto y obtuve lo quería pero más barato solo daba de 30 dólar para llevarme mi computadora 😃👍
