We were told that the auto shop was open everyday from 10-6. We arrived at 5:23 pm on Sunday and the staff said the shop doesn’t stay open past 5. Very frustrating that we drove all the way there and the staff had misinformed us.
No one helps you. If you need extra help after your item ( tv) is setup by Geek Squad, you need to pay an extra $199.00. Total ripoff.
Bought a Sony TV from the Danbury, CT store less than 2 weeks ago. I paid for the installation as well. When we turned on the TV it appeared that every so often the TV would go blank, & then start again. The store staff said that there was a defect in the TV & that they would replace it. So far i keep getting notices about when the replacement would occur. I keep getting notices, but they dont show up to replace the TV. A very, very poor management of a simple task. Not worth going to Bestbuy any more
HORRIBLE customer service. Can’t get a tv without help and all the help completely ignored me. Guy at the front said go to home theatre. Girl at home theatre literally didn’t say anything and walked away from me. Didn’t come back. 4 people standing around while I wait at the desk. Terrible terrible
