Purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 through the App because it said available for in store pickup in about an hour. Without any notification, the app change my pick up date to almost a week later. So I decided to swing by the store anyway just to see what happened. The lady behind the customer service said "oh, this happens all the time and you aren't even the first person this happened to today. There is nothing we can do about it accept cancel your order". She zero care in the world that this even happened. No attempt to apologize or try to make it right. So I canceled my order and will just buy it from another retailer. What happened to customer service, and what happen to Best Buy. Name should be changed to "Mediocre-at-Best Buy.
