They need to train their employees because they will tell you one thing at customer service and then something different at the mobile counter. Kevin the manager was very rude and disrespectful, he did not want to help at all with my issue.

Terrible experience dealing with a return. The Apple iPad I just bought didn’t turn on. Then because it wouldn’t turn on for them they couldn’t issue a refund in store because they couldn’t verify the serial number. I am writing this review while sitting on the phone of the customer service line, after talking to a computer for 10 minutes I am now finally waiting to talk to a person. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go to Best Buy especially if buying Apple products.

Best buy is best buy. It's kinda empty and feels like it's on its way to retail heaven. I still enjoy stopping in and shopping around. The issue is many items are 20% higher than other retailers. More employees than usual though. The guy that rung me up was really weird though. Like really weird.
