On Thursday August 8th my husband and I went into this location and attempted to finance 2 iPhones. The process took 2 days due to “system failure” the first day around closing time, convenient right ? We dealt with “Shade” to begin with which he had a good attitude for the majority of the time but then that “systems failure” happened. Okay no big deal , come back the second day just to be rushed through the process and told we had been approved for 2 lines, only thing is that we had to order one of the ones to our house because it was out of stock however I walked out with mine. 1 day later we received an email informing us they canceled our order, why you may ask? Because we really had only been approved for one line of credit which hey no big deal stuff happens BUT no phone call just an email. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS and we are just now getting things sorted with only 1 phone and still no phone for our daughter. JEREMY KNEW WHEN YOU ORDER PHONES THEY GET CANCELLED 😡 HOW DO YOU NOT SHARE THAT NEWS WITH ALL YOUR COWORKERS?!!!? Will never be returning to best buy and I hope they ACTUALLY TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS !!! DO NOT OUTSOURCE YOUR PHI
I have to say that in today’s world where guest service lacks more than not ….. the team at Best Buy at the Lancaster Ohio location was top notch ! From the greeter to the manager ! Please recognize the great staff members that did help me! Noah , Eric and Goose ! I can’t thank you enough for taking care of me !
Purchased washer, in store, from some kid named Nick. Told it would be delivered on Sat 7/26. Received text confirmation. No washer as of today, and when I attempt to call store, getting routed to india, South Africa...ect. Best Buy SUCKS. Recommend anybody to stay away.
