Amazing and being helpful
I go in and talk to a guy about buying a radio. He shows me the radio and it's on sale.And it's on display. Go to purchase it and there's no radio to purchase.Because they say they're sold in all the stores. So I talked to the manager and said, why is it on display. Can't take it off display, because it's being they're re updating, it's been like this for 6 months, and they can't take it off display for future customers coming in . Ask the purchase to display says he can't do that either.Cause is being sent back to kinwood . Wasted an hour with a guy showing me the radio.Then, to tell me it's not available to purchase. I used to buy stuff here all the time.Won't come back in anymore .
This is an excellent location, staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Great selection and most items in stock!!! Grabbed a MacBook pro before the chip shortage
