Stood at register for 10 minutes with a stock card for the product I came in to buy only for them to tell me there out of stock. Why not pull the stock cards when you sell out or put a card up that says out of stock. All these retailers say they cant compete with Amazon but then you go in store to shop and they make no effort for there customers FORCING you to buy from Amazon.

On 02/01/2026 12PM…Store pickup was poorly handled. I checked in and waited several minutes without assistance. I went to the front door and was told by management that someone was coming, but when I approached, the person walked away. I then asked to speak with a manager, but my concerns were dismissed and I was told that “anyone can check you out.” The associate who assisted me had an unprofessional attitude, and no apology was offered for the delay or inconvenience. Overall, the level of customer service did not meet expectations.
