This place has really gone downhill. They display items like hard drives on the shelves, but when you go to the counter, staff inform you they’re out of stock, can’t place an order, and the ones they do carry are three times the price. On top of that, you wait 20 minutes for someone to come to you, only to find they can’t help. They call for assistance on the radio, and you wait another 20 minutes for nobody to show up.
I walked in ready to spend thousands of dollars and left annoyed, empty-handed, and unlikely to return. Everyone I interacted with was perfectly pleasant, but this is clearly either a poorly managed location or a store that isn’t being adequately supported by corporate. I won’t be going back.
