DONT FALL FOR THE TOTAL TECH MEMBERSHIP!!! THEY DO NOT EXTEND THE WARRANTY!! THEY JUST ALLOW YOU TO MAKE A CLAIM DURING THE EXTENDED TIME AND CHARGE YOU TO MAKE THAT CLAIM!! PRETTY MUCH CHARGING YOU TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM LATER AND BE CHARGED WHEN YOU DO MAKE A CLAIM!! There IS NO EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!
When you return something you paid cash for, and you tell them that you need the money back that day, they don't care amd send you a check and make you wait 7-10 business days for it, even though you need that money for a place to stay

Love this place, there always helpful and very knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service. Shopping for a new Tv, I spent 20 minutes searching for what I wanted for not a single soul to ask me if I needed help. So, I decided to leave where all the employees were standing at the door. I ended up purchasing a tv cause the associate assured me if it didn’t fit in my car, it could be delivered the next day. NOPE!! Lies.. the rude manager that was smacking on some sort of food never spoke to me as I got a refund. Horrible customer service.
