Customer service is terrible. My husband purchased a USB C - HDMI converter that did not pair with the device we needed it for, NBD. We have the membership that allows for 60 day returns. I brought the item back in day 15 (we had been out of town, regardless, we have the membership). The girl at check out said “I can’t refund you because it’s over 14 days.” I said we have the Best Buy plus membership, as well as we are Best Buy credit card holders. She says “it doesn’t matter that you have the credit card,” then processes the return onto a gift card before I can say anything else.
Not easy to get help in a timely manner, expect to wait 15-20 mins usually before getting anyone to come help.
