Never order geek squad delivery service at this location!!!
Took off work (because they don’t have trusted people to deliver so you NEED to be home all day) and they confirmed they will be there THAT MORNING. Couple hours later I check where they are and they canceled without even contacting me or the other two numbers on the account. Called customer service and they did absolutely nothing. Went to the store and they said ‘so sorry we have no explanation as to why they canceled but how about tomorrow?’ As if everyone can take off a day of work to wait for a delivery that MIGHT be canceled with no explanation.
Customer service was absolutely 0/10. I’ll take my $600 elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusted with Best Buy. We bought an AC unit and specifically asked the associate how long we had to return it. He told us 30 days. That’s the only reason we felt comfortable bringing it home before realizing we didn’t actually need it. When we tried to return it, we were told the real policy is only 15 days.
The AC is brand new, still sealed in the box. We were only a few days over. When I explained the mistake, the store manager, Marc, flat out refused to help. His response? That he “couldn’t take my word for it” and I should have checked the receipt instead of trusting his own employee. He made it clear that it wasn’t his problem.
This isn’t about policy—it’s about basic customer service and human decency. The refund was only $179, pocket change to a company like Best Buy, but a big deal for my family. I told Marc that we’re expecting a baby any day now and need that money for a car seat. His response? Again: not his problem.
So because Marc wants to be inflexible over a few days and a mistake caused by his own associate, I’m left stuck with a product I don’t need and short on money for something as critical as a car seat for my newborn. Shame on this store and shame on Best Buy. You’ve lost my trust and my business for good.
