How do I check product availability at the Scranton Best Buy?

I ordered a refrigerator for delivery on 1/30/25 I took the day off of work and was home all day. I recieved an email that it would be out for delivery between 10 and 2. I never recieved a phone call or had a knock on the door. I called their customer service who said they tried to deliver at 8am and no one answered to door or phone. They then gave me a phone number that was not mine and was the previous owner of the house. We have lived in this house for 10 years now. I got the phone number fixed and rescheduled delivery for 2/6/25. On 2/1/25 we went into the store to purchase a phone. We spoke to the store manager who told us he has nothing to do with appliance delivery even though we bought it in the store. at the cell phone counter the associates were talking about how deliveries were canceled by accident this week and there was a glitch in the system. On 2/6/25 I recieved a voicemail that the delivery had to be canceled due to the weather which we only got rain. I called the number back to reschedule and they told me they are out of stock on the fridge thats why it didnt get delivered. They said it would be back in stock and they could make the delivery on 2/13/25. I said I could not take another day off of work because I had a big meeting in Washington DC. I gave my wifes information. I recieved a call while i was in the meeting that i could not take until 3 hours later. It was the delivery driver. I called the driver he said he tried calling me twice but had to leave and take the fridge to the store. I then emailed Corie the CEO about this. Allen from the exective support team contacted me and said he would make sure the delivery would happen on 2/21/25 which was the next earliest date. I was going to try and make it to the store to pick it up before hand but it did not work out. today is 2/21/25 and it is canceled again due to the frig being out of stock and wont be able to get it delivered until 3/7/25 now. This is beyond unacceptable.
