I will never buy anything there again, over the years I bought three TVs there a refrigerator,2 printer's, 2 laptops blah blah blah last item I bought there was a Brother printer, I was printing up something important and ran out of ink I figured I'd call them since I bought the printer there and get ink, big mistake the ink cost me $20 more than what I paid for the darn printer did you ever hear of that before usually I shop around which I'm sorry I didn't anyway when I called to inquire about it I got transferred and spoke to a lady she told me I could order it pay for it and be able to pick it up at the store when she told me the price was $104 I couldn't believe it I told her that was awful High is there anything less expensive or any coupons I could use well there wasn't anyway like I said I was in a spot so I ordered it figuring with a name like Best Buy I couldn't go wrong I mean so what even if they were $10 dollars more then another store when I complained to the lady about the cost I wish she told me I could have got another brand a lot cheaper I mean a lot cheaper. Later in the day I went shopping at another store and seen it $80 cheaper I couldn't believe it when I got home I checked Amazon and walmart.com and eBay eBay had it for $10.99 I couldn't believe it I mean yeah it wasn't genuine brother ink but so what $80 cheaper I would have bought it I guess that's what I get from not shopping around but I was in a spot I had to get the job done I was halfway with it I called the store and asked to speak to the manager to complain about the price that I seen it $80 cheaper that if they had a coupon or something since I was the first time buyer on that website I was on speaking to that girl but no no help at all I'll tell you I could have used that $80 for something else I'm on Social Security and spending $104 that it could have bought for $10.99 on eBay would have been a great savings I will never buy anything there again once I pay $80 too much for something I'm done with that store. Always shop around and never think that any store is competitive

I can only review the automotive and installation services at this time. Unfortunately service depends entirely on what technician is on at the time. I ordered a new car radio. The tech on duty ordered everything and couldn't figure out how to have it sent to the store so he asked if I would be alright with everything going to my address. No Problem. He also said he was having computer issues and said I would need to schedule the installation myself. I thought no problem, but that was a lot more difficult than expected. Got everything set up finally and took the vehicle for the installation - couldn't do it because one of the parts was incorrect. Rescheduled and waited for the new part. Took the vehicle in for a second try. Tech said he was having problems again with the computer and he would have to reschedule me for a third try. I asked him to keep trying since it is difficult for me to get there and have someone available to pick me up while the work is being completed. He said he wouldn't have time since he had another installation booked right after me. He commented that he would have the same problem with the second installation. My first thought was maybe he should contact the next person so they don't waist their time. Second thought was what good is the GEEK SQUAD if they can't even take care of employees computer issues. I returned everything!! Apparently the customers time isn't relevant to Best Buy. I pay $179.00 a year for their "Best Buy Total" membership. I can't imagine how they treat anyone who isn't a member.
