I am writing this review in hope that someone will see it, because the listed phone number won't let me speak to someone at this specific Wilkes-Barre store. It will only go to AI, which then hangs up. So here goes - Hi, Neil. Remember when you and your associate sold me a Jitterbug phone this afternoon, and I SPECIFICALLY said this was for my 82 year old mother. I gave you her address and phone number, and you SWORE that it would go into her name? Though the confirmation printed out in my name for some reason that you could not really tell me but still you insisted it was in her name? Well I finally accessed her account on Lively and guess what? It's in my name! And her bills are going to an old email account I don't use anymore. How did this happen? I just sent an email to Lively to see if they can put it in her name. On top of that, 2 different associates today gave me wrong information about the model phone that I wanted to buy in this first place. I've worked retail for years myself, but come on! Purchased new tv 75 inch rokou tv. Tv doesn’t not turn on. Contacted rokou and was directed back to Best Buy. Best Buy wasn’t interested in helping with the issue, was told not a Best Buy problem. Unfortunately now I have a tv mounted on wall that doesn’t work and can’t get a replacement. Hope this review helps when going to purchase a tv from a big box store better to order on amazon they take product right back and ship a new product.
I ordered a refrigerator 3 weeks and they have now rescheduled the delivery twice now. And today they call to say that they have to reschedule again. Unprofessional

Best Buy has THEE worst customer service. I will never do business with Best Buy again. Their problem is their corporate structure. AI AI AI no customer interaction at all.
