Beware of the ‘additional’ charges when buying a TV. We paid for the Geek Squad yet we are charged $150 to install the new TV AND $60 to take the old one.

Great service very knowlegable workers we had a great experiance there
Very good customer service from the Geek Squad.
We ordered a remote start and scheduled an installation appointment. I needed to reschedule, and I did so on the Best buy website. I received confirmation of the reschedule. Shortly after we received notice that the remote start was returned to inventory and our appointment cancelled. Basically it's a glitch in their system. We reschedule, they returned item to inventory and because they returned the item to inventory, they cancelled our rescheduled appointment. They offered no help and advised us to start the process over, which we will, just at a local store and not Best Buy.
