Only reason yo go here is to look at it before you buy it online cheaper somewhere else.
I purchased a NETGEAR Orbi 370 (RBE373) as part of a larger order. Both the shelf sticker on the box and my printed receipt listed it as tri-band. The actual unit is dual-band and I didn't realize until I was getting ready to set everything up.
When I brought this to the store with my receipt and the box, they offered either a refund or a $30 discount toward the tri-band 770 model, this is roughly a 5% discount to the price of the 770.
A refund doesn't fix the fact I made the purchase on the assumption I was getting a tri-band router and their offer is not sufficient to justify the time I had to spend to correct the mistake. I send people to Best Buy because I trust their knowledge and labels are accurate. I can't do that now if I have to double check everything.
If you are looking to buy from Best Buy please make sure to check the boxes and the description of all items before making the purchase.

The young girl who works the geek squad was very rude to me today. All the other employees were great. She needs to treat people with respect. I was there in the morning and I am still aggravated about her attitude 😒
