Visited the Best Buy in North Dartmouth and had a solid experience overall. The store is well organized, with a good selection of TVs, computers, phones, and accessories. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked, without being pushy. Checkout was smooth, and prices were in line with what you’d expect from Best Buy. Not perfect, but definitely a reliable place for electronics.
Description of Complaint:
On 12/11/2026, I ordered an Apple Watch from Best Buy (Order #BBY01-807121451809). The delivery required a signature but was never delivered.
Best Buy records show an in-store return on 12/20/2026 (Order #343 63 3875 122025), which I did not make. I never received the item and therefore could not have returned it.
Best Buy initially stated my refund would be sent by check, despite payment being made via PayPal. No refund has been received. Best Buy later claimed the refund was already issued, which is incorrect.
I escalated the issue under case #369757123 with no resolution.
Amount Owed: $445.19
Desired Resolution: Full refund

Just wanted to leave a review for one of the Best Buy workers here named Mason. My husband and I had many questions about different technology & Mason was genuinely kind, patient, & provided such thought provoking insight. Thank you Mason for taking the time to help us out!
