This place sent my $1200 computer over a month ago to be repaired paid $99 even with warranty was told 2-3 weeks. Over a month later I still have no computer and no answers! Customer service and store managers hang up on you when you call. I’m going to sue this company

Would be nice if Best Buy would have a general manager that would speak to their customers about a purchase. I have called multiple times spoke with associates to speak with their General Manager and when they say hold on he is hear, I will put him on for you. The phone always hangs up. Why does the General managers Jay ignore customers.

Ordered a e-bike in person and asked million and one questions about return policy and of course they said 30 day return policy but didn’t. Say subject too a 170$ restocking fee….they shipped bike wrong address so by time I got it and by time geek squad would have set it up would of had a full 6 days too ride it and decide if I wanted it instead of only 6 days I chose too return it thinking I could possibly have them do it the right way this time but instead they are sticking me with a almost 200$ restocking fee and it’s simply because Best Buy dropped the ball.had someone at my house ready assemble bike bike that didn’t show up 2 days after then was told 9 more days until they had availability to come back.
