Spoke with BB on phone to get new battery for Apple phone. Got scheduled and paid w/credit card on phone. I got an email the morning of appointment with a different time. Went to BB and they had only one person at Geek squad. It took twenty minutes to find out that they had sent me the wrong time. Then they made me wait while helping someone else. Then they told me that my payment was no good because they can't accept payment on phone. I showed them my Bank statement with charge. They told me I had to start all over. They also said they couldn't reverse the charge & that I had to do it myself. Thay couldn't do it at their own store! Then they told me it would take 5 hours to replace the battery. Person on the phone told me 1/2 an hour. I asked for a manager. Ten minutes later I got a bunch of excuses. When I called to reverse charges the person couldn't even confirm the correct amount of the charge. Total incompetence on all levels. The WORST! Wish I could give Zero stars!
