Had a radio installed and horrible experience!!
They not only installed the wrong wire harness that goes in my truck, they burnt all my usb ports and didn’t even hook up my current amp. Radio sounded like trash and would just disconnect and power off on its own. Only found this out because I couldnt take it anymore after 6 months of the new radio, I took it to some professionals and told me why it sounded so bad and why my usb ports didn’t work. I had to spend $1400 to correct Best Buy’s screw up! I would never recommend them installing anything.

You certainly could have contacted the install location to have them review any concerns you had with the install. We would need to advise you that any work completed on the car for items Best Buy installed would void the limited lifetime warranty on the install. Helpful staff and a great store overall. However, I've noticed a decline in in-stock items lately. In the age of online shopping and instant gratification, it's hard to justify purchasing at a physical store when I can easily find what I need online.
