When i first brought my phone in the only issues was they battery. Once they replaced the battery and gave it back the volume up button no longer worked. They messed it up and only fixed it because it was covered under warranty. When i dropped my phone off to fix the volume up button the did not tell me that they would throw away my privacy screen protector and that I would need to back up my phone. I lost EVERYTHING that wasn’t backup to my phone since my phone hasn’t been backup since January. My step father and best friend passed away so there are things on that phone that I will NEVER get back and all they offered was a clear screen protector and I had to ask for that. So not only did the not fix my phone the first time. They also failed to give me information that could’ve prevented all of this and didn’t even offer the same kind of protector i had that they threw away. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I hope they never have to go through losing some of the things you have left after the people you love pass away and if i could give them zero stars i would.
