I came here to get my mother a Tablet for her birthday. While I already knew what I wanted because I'd researched it earlier, I still appreciated that an associate was willing to ask if I needed help. Every person I encountered was very kind and helpful, which made the entire process and experience both pleasant and efficient.

I picked up one device then one got delivered to me today and yes I got charged twice I called oh you will get your money back 7-10 business days provided I return the duplicate—- I called yesterday and alerted them I saw a duplicate he said— No worries I cancelled it—- Well I am holding it in my hand and they are holding two payments from me in their hand !
