I purchased a MacBook Pro in January and the screen had a serious problem about 6 weeks later. I returned it to the store where it was purchased from and Keghan in the Geek Squad area was very helpful but ended up getting assistance from Lyssa, his supervisor. After explaining the problem and that the problem had no apparent reason for happening, she helped work out a replacement that would be shipped directly to my home in 2-3 days. It arrived the very next day!
Thankfully, I had purchased a backup drive for my vault so getting my replacement set-up was much quicker than expected. I am very pleased with the customer service with Geek Squad staff Keghan and Lyssa as well as this store in general.
Just had one of the best experiences shopping at this store. We went in for a TV and were met with the most helpful employee, Jon. We were shopping for a TV for our patio and he was so knowledgeable, which helped us feel confident in making the best decision for our situation. He was incredibly patient, kind, and he just really made the experience enjoyable for us!
Had a pleasant experience. Employees very helpful. Had a online order pick up. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a wonderful person, very kind. Then your 2 customer service reps at checkout were so sweet and helpful!!! Ty so much for your kind words and compliments!! Ill definitely be back.
