My wife bought me an expensive 75” Sony tv for Xmas and it already has a rainbow lines problem on the screen. It’s supposed to be covered with the store “Best Buy” for one year. When she went there to put in the claim they told her she needs to reach out to the manufacturer Sony! Really? This is really bad customer service. I’m looking into my legal options. It’s a multi thousand dollar tv and they just blew her off like she doesn’t matter.

swung by today at 7:30 sign on the doors said closed at 8pm. they where already closed. Poor customer service. they fun that store like a family owned gas station, they close when they feel like it!!!
