I purchased a refurbished iPad online from Best Buy for my daughter’s birthday, and it stopped working almost immediately. When I brought it into the store for help, the manager was rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me “that’s what happens when you buy refurbished” and refusing to offer any solution because I was slightly past the return window — even though it had only been about a week since I actually received it.
Instead of helping, I was encouraged to sign up for a subscription. If Best Buy thinks refurbished products are unreliable, they shouldn’t sell them. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Went in to buy a TV walked around the TV department for about 10 mins with about 4 associates there and not 1 acknowledgement so I walked out. Their loss as I was given over $1000 as a gift to buy a TV. Ill be going somewhere else.
