I had a fantastic experience at the Best Buy located at the Avenues Mall. Well organized, and surprisingly good for a retail store setting. But what really made the visit exceptional was the customer service especially thanks to Stan.
Stan is an outstanding salesman who truly goes above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without ever feeling rushed or pressured. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
Highly recommend stopping by this Best Buy location ask for Stan if you want top-notch service.
Dont ever order a computer it will come broken and late. It's been over a week and theh wont tell me where it is they just took my 1200. Still shows shipped when they admitted it hasnt
The manager at this Best Buy location is completely unprofessional, aggressive, and clearly on a power trip. I bought a TV that turned out to be defective, and less than 24 hours later when I went to return it on Sunday, June 22, I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The manager (a Black male who seemed visibly angry from the start) acted like he was doing me a favor by accepting the return. He told me I was “lucky” he was taking it back and claimed he could tell I broke it myself. This was a brand new TV that I transported with extreme care. Instead of helping, he started arguing with me in front of customers and employees, loudly blaming me for something I had nothing to do with.
Then he asked an employee to plug in the TV, and once it turned on, he punched the screen in front of everyone and shouted, “You see this impact point? I have experience, I can tell when customers damage TVs!” The TV did not look like that before. It felt like a public attempt to humiliate me and justify his baseless accusation.
I was so embarrassed, angry, and honestly intimidated, I just agreed to another TV just to get out of there. No one should be treated this way—especially not by someone claiming to be a store leader.
I will be escalating this to Best Buy Corporate and possibly beyond. This man is a liability to your brand. I left that store angry, shaken, and disappointed. I want answers. How is someone like this allowed to manage a store and treat paying customers this way?
