I want to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your location. The individual working at the pickup counter, light beard, long hair, may benefit from additional customer service training. Based on my interaction, he appeared to lack the interpersonal skills and professionalism expected of someone in a front-facing role representing your company.
Customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and I believe this employee might be better suited to a position that doesn’t require direct engagement with customers. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement and helps enhance the overall experience for future patrons.

Amazing costumer service from the Geek Squad! I had come in for a car radio replacement and while they couldn't get the radio I bought to fit they did find the issue with my old radio; so I got to leave with a working radio. Amazing service and really great staff.

I had a very wonderful experience with this best buy in particular. I came in over the weekend and was greeted with so much help, at the time I was just browsing laptops. I went to a different Best buy closer to my home once I was ready to purchase. I was completely ignored as if I was invisible. After 20 minutes of standing there looking for help I left location and returned to the Southside location. Stan Johnson was so patient with me, he took his time and answered all my questions and helped me get the best deal. I was well pleased with my purchase.☺️ Great customer service 👏🏽 👏🏽
