I got a great deal on a Hisense QLED 50” TV for $150.00 off. It is a wonderful product. Hisense makes great products, and Google TV is easier to set up from your iPhone, than people care to admit.
I bought a TCL frame tv. Upon hanging the tv I discovered a scratch on the screen. I called Best Buy, and they said I had 14 days to return the TV for an exchange at the store. Upon returning the TV I was told at the store that they do not accept returns for damaged products. They told me to call Best Buy's corporate line to file a claim. The corporate service department said they would give me $15 for my trouble. I would highly recommend using WalMart or Target instead for your TV needs.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I cannot recommend anyone shop at Best Buy. I purchased a laptop for work and added the extended warranty protection plan through their Geek Squad. Not even two months later a key breaks off so I brought it in for repair. I was told "a couple of days". Instead of repairing this in-house, they shipped it off, didn't communicate and now there is no ETA. Unfortunately the part is out of stock, back-ordered and Best Buy REFUSES to help, replace or refund. There is zero customer support nor care. Once they have your money the help ends. This has been the worst company to deal with. I need to be able to work and they have my computer!! I should have just drove to Costco instead!! If you reach out for help they just don't. After asking five times to speak with a manager this is the answer I get. BOOOOO!!!!

Sick and tired of their customer service and how they handle situations they put their own customers in and do nothing about it. Third time I’ve bought electronics from them and done multiple exchanges to the point where I’m then out of warranty (14 lowsey days) and they say there is nothing that can be done.
Bought a gaming headset from them and it was broken on day one. No big deal, exchanged it for another one. Upon getting the new one i left for out of town for a month. Come to find out the microphone was broken. So i take it back in and what do you know, there’s nothing that can be done. I understand if this was 14 days and i changed my mind. But nope. Every employee I’ve talked to they just deflect. No one here actually cares. No one wants to help you. They say reach out to manufacturer. If they cared they would actually say, “hey I’m sorry this is def our fault and we want to get you a working $350 headset.” Never in a million years would you catch this Best Buy caring. We’re done shopping here.
