Over priced. I can get the same items elsewhere for half what they charg.
Be careful. They do make claims that some of their systems don't need to be hard wired into your vehicle, but they definitely do.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called Best Buy to make an appointment to bring my car in because I had installed a touch screen radio in it but couldn’t get the backup camera to work. The radio worked great but backup camera wouldn’t turn on. Best Buy then charged me $130 and said they would send a link to make an appointment. The link wouldn’t work so I called again and waisted 2 hours before finally hanging up. It is impossible to call the store directly so I then had to drive to the nearest store (20 minutes away) to make the appt. I was told it would be an hour appointment to trouble shoot the repair. The day of the appointment I dropped the car off and proceeded to wait 3 hours before finally being told to come get my car. When I went to get the car they told me not only was the camera not fixed they had ruined the whole radio system and could only refund what I had paid for the repair and that I wouldn’t be compensated for the broken touch screen radio. Once I got home I realized they had not replaced one of the plastic panels in my car and they told me they had never touched that panel which was a lie, it was there when I dropped it off. The next day I took out the broken radio and replaced it with the original manufacturer radio. When I tried to turn it on it too wouldn’t turn on. After googling I realized the fuse for the radio had been blown when they were doing the repair. If the guy installing the radio had any knowledge of electronic installations this should have been the first thing he checked. He clearly does not know what he is doing. Needless to say after spending two hours on hold, 40 minutes driving to make the appointment, 3 hours waiting for them to not complete the repair and finally three hours taking out new radio installing old reinstalling and then reinstalling new radio I am completely done with Best Buy of Fayetteville FOREVER! The poorest customer service I have experienced in years. Nearly 9 hours waisted, a missing part of my car and the backup camera was never repaired.
