They cancelled an order morning of and then didn’t refund until I called. They were just gonna keep the money without delivering the TV. I saw a few reviews saying locations are committing fraud like this and leaving the customers without the product or their hard earned money back. How awful, sick and desperate. They need real help and I certainly will not be buying there anymore. I encourage you to do the same.
The tech install guy was very unprofessional. Talking about other coworkers to customers is not the best way to earn repeat business. He also smelled badly of cigarettes and the bay was dirty. Will not be returning.
I went in to the store with the intention of looking at Apple computers, and left with my current computer broken. The manager, Jey, was incredibly pushy and rude and tried to force me into buying a laptop right then and there. He also was condescending because of my age. I went in the next day to avoid him, and the sales person helping me said that it would take four days for them to even touch my computer to transfer the data to a new laptop even though I have Best Buy total. She then had me delete my computer from my FindMy app so I could trade it in, which completely shut my MacBook Pro down. I left in tears with a useless computer and no answers. If I could leave negative stars for customer service I would. I will be shopping at the Rogers Best Buy from here on out.
