Went in for an online order about 30 minutes before the estimated time it was to be ready. And it was ready. My only question would be is why they didn't let me know it was done already?
I waited around a reasonable amount of time at the stock before an associate helped me out. Which is nice, as I could think about what to buy in the first place. Their credit cards provide quality cost deductions, even if you plan on paying in full.
Elle was amazing, she was really knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions about the gaming laptops, pros and cons, showed me the differences in specs and screen, explained to me in depth about OLED vs RGB screens. The service I got from her was just wonderful.
Best Buy in Fayetteville was disappointing , staff were unprofessional and dismissive, and I honestly felt judged and treated differently. I won’t be back. I recommend the Best Buy in Rogers instead; the service there is much better and more respectful.
