I had my first experience with the Geek Squad repair techs at Best Buy and it was very pleasant. My laptop was frozen with a blue screen. They had my computer for a little over 24 hours. They recovered all of my files reset my computer reloaded Windows 11 and reloaded my files. My laptop works perfectly now. I would highly recommend the services of the Geek Squad.
