Excellent value received in perfect condition
Never fails......anytime I try and buy a clearance or open box item. The description is always incorrect. Not a big deal just buy new right....? Well I like to bargain. So when I purchase items online, read the description and show up for pickup......I re read the box and of course always missing major components! Also customer service is few and far between....meaning good luck finding an associate that's not running around aimlessly.....

Lazy employees who would much rather chit chat amongst themselves rather than help the customer. Today 01/25/25 walked in to buy an ill speaker, was looking at them trying to figure out which one to buy. Made my choice and went to find someone who could help me grab it so I could pay for it. With no luck went to the front of the store and asked the girl there who was blasting music all loud talking to her co worker, I ask if someone can help me with a speaker that’s too big for me to carry and she tells me to form a line at the Verizon/ATT and said someone there would help me. I ask them at that counter and they said “we only deal with phones here” I look back at them by the front and just go grab the heavy speaker and took it to customer service to pay. I then pay and carrry it out to where the shopping carts are and set it in one then the employee who sent me to the phone desk asks if I would like someone to help me……. I can bet anything they didn’t even know if I had paid since they were to busy being chismosas than helping the customers. So I told her “I did but not anymore🙄” then proceeds to say “ well we can put it in your car” but did you all not just watch me carry the dam thing from the back to customer service then out of the store🙄 do better
