Probably the most horrible customer service I've experienced from them lately. I ordered a TV, they say they will deliver it. They don't, instead they reschedule for the next day, they dont deliver it. Then reschedule for today (Tuesday) they don't deliver it either. I call and ask what the deal is, they said they have the TV in stock no problem but can't deliver it because those TVs are meant to be sold on the floor and not delivered. I ask if I'm in the area I can go ahead and pick up the TV instead and they said yes but I may have to wait an additional 2 hours to pick it up because the system takes a long time. Can't you guys just grab the tv you have in stock and send me that? If I'm in the area, can't I just show my ID and verify it's me and pick it up instead? Why do you guys make it so difficult with everything? Absolute horrible business practice and honestly probably will be my last purchase.
