My sister and I ordered our MacBook Pro M5 from this location, and mine was shipped while my sister was supposed to pick hers up at the store. When we arrived, her MacBook Pro was not available. They never made any effort to have it picked up at another location until my sister asked if it could be retrieved from a different store. The associate responded that it could not be picked up anywhere else and that my sister would have to wait two more days for the laptop to arrive at the store for pickup. I checked the website and saw that the store in the Galleria has the item my sister wanted, so I told her to cancel the order at the previous location. Apparently, the associate at that store doesn't seem to know what he's doing, and my sister has to figure this out on her own. She needed the computer cos we have exams scheduled for the week.
