Terrible customer service. No sense of urgency. Left and went to another Best Buy and there was a stark difference in my experience. Yes, I will be calling corporate.
Got help from geek squad went to the computer section to look for an item. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for sales associate to finish with another customer. Looked up and they were gone. Another sales associate walks past me says nothing. I walk out with an obvious disappointment look on my face no one says anything. I’ll order what I need on line but not from Best Buy.
