We ordered two TVs with mounting (about $2,000) from Best Buy - Katy Freeway for the holidays. We waited all day for delivery, only to find out the order was canceled without any notification—no call, no email, nothing.
I had to call to find out. The first call was hung up on. The second rep had an attitude and said a manager “couldn’t do anything.” They also falsely claimed they tried to contact us, which never happened.
The in-store salesperson assured us everything was in stock, which clearly wasn’t true. No alternatives were offered, no accountability taken, and no effort to fix the situation. Now we’re spending the holidays without the TVs we planned for.
Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
