Pésima experiencia en este Best Buy, compré un teléfono me salió defectuoso y cuando fui me atendió una chica de Samsung llamada Vianney que solo me dijo que ella no podía hacer nada, sin solución alguna…… metida en su teléfono como si no le importara los clientes

Good service but lousy equipment . Bought an Asus laptop which was broke . Would not do anything . Keys kept freezing up .
Returned bad unit for another Asus Vivobook and after entering my email it also started freezing up .
Talked with customer service and was told again I would have to return it for another . I live 50 miles from the store and getting very mad and upset about their broken supply .
