I came in prepared to purchase a laptop. There were three employees in the computer section and no other customers around. No one asked me if I needed any help. Guess I'll leave and purchase from someone else.

The blonde woman at the pickup/returns desk should not be working in customer service. Why did Best Buy management put such an unwelcoming, unresponsive, and unprofessional person to greet customers? How they missed that during the interview? I don't know. Additionally, she slapped me with a hefty restocking fee for a defective $1000 camera that we thought would be great but turned out to be completely useless. We only used it once, and the photos were so bad that it defeated the purpose of using a camera instead of a phone; it could not take normal photos. We are not pros. We are just regular users who want a great out of the box experience. I am paying an annual Best Buy membershup fee and using my Best Buy credit card for this crappy service. Shame on you, Best Buy.
