Was excited to go in to buy a cell phone that was advertised on sale online. Unfortunately the phone was through another seller and not available in the store. So looked for another phone,found one on sale but...sold out. Asked about another one on sale...sold out. Why have phones on display on sale if they're not in stock?
Will not be phone shopping at Best Buy again.

Not really the best buy but best customer service and experience.
Purchased a new Mini Fridge and it stopped working after 6 months. After speaking with their repair team, we had to find someone to put it in our SUV and take it to the Valley Store. In the meantime, we received emails asking us to back up our data and visit the Geeks in their store. ?? We want the Mini Fridge repaired, not a PC. Chances of buying from them again is a definite no.
